I had a problem with one of my products. After troubleshooting to the exact issue, resolve of the problem was determined. Olivia was personable and prompt on all interaction.

Every single time I have contacted Baofeng support. I have received rapid response accurate information and follow up to ensure that the problem has been resolved or if more steps need to be issued the representative Olivia that I have been has been outstanding, kind and extremely helpful

I needed to program the radios to except GMRS channels. And Olivia helped me out to get the job done. Both radios are working great now with the GMRS channels.

I needed some documentation to homologate a product in my country. After trying to contact several different fronts, o finally found Olivia, which was kind, fast and accurate on providing me all the information. This is the kind of atitude that really changes the way you think about the business

You got back to me quickly and thanks to your help I was able to unlock my radio. BTW is there someone in the New York area who fixes Baofengradios just in case I need assistance in the future.

I ordered 2 UV-17R talkies from Baofeng and 1 of them did not work. I called customer service, and they replaced the defective radio and shipped it to me very quickly. I own many Baofeng radios, and this is the first time I have ever had a problem. Baofeng treated me with excellent customer support. I will continue to purchase Baofeng products.

Support at Baofengradio was kind enough to send me an e-document with the operating manual for my recently purchased Dual Band UV-21R handheld radio. Without it, I had no clue how the radio would function or how to use same. Thank you!

I purchased a set of uv 5gs and a set of uv 5g pluses. The pluses were easy enough to program, but the normal 5gs didn't seem to have any specific software so I downloaded a few things that looked possible. None worked, so I reached out to baofeng's customer service for a solution. Turns out they use the "plus" software, but the cs team was extremely thorough, providing multiple links and checking back multiple times to ensure I got everything working. Shocking level of support for a $30 radio.

Had a question regarding the power on password for a UV-5RM, did a quick search for technical support and ended up on the official Baofeng website. I submitted a technical support message and within a couple of hours, (literally went to sleep and woke up in the morning) and I had a response to my email with two possible solutions for my issue. Immediately I tried the first option and I was in, the radio was unlocked. Overall it was a great experience, with helpful and expedited technical advice that actually works.
