I had an issue with one of my radios I ordered that came in a package of two. I noticed the issue and contacted baofeng’s customer service. They responded back the same day and helped me trouble shooting problems and was able to come to a solution immediately! Needless to say, I’ll always be a forever customer, not just for the products, but the outstanding customer service. Thank you so much for you products and help. Definitely did not go unnoticed. Following a problem with a Baofeng walkie talkie, customer service was exceptionally responsive, something we rarely encounter these days.
The information and advice given to me was very clear and allowed me to solve my problem.
In a word: PERFECT

Olivia in customer support group was EXTREMELY helpful in resolving an issue where my shipment was missing one item, a desktop charger. Within a couple of hours, I had a response to initial support request I submitted, and the next day a new charger was on its way! Very pleased with this type of service. Highly recommend this company and their products!

I recently purchased a total of 4 Baofeng devices, and overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience. 2 of the radios have worked flawlessly right out of the box. They are reliable, durable, and offer excellent performance for the price and my usage.

However, I did encounter issues with two of the devices. Fortunately, Baofeng's customer support was extremely responsive. They quickly addressed my concerns and directly connected me with the dealer from whom I purchased the radios. Thanks to their efficient support, all my problems were resolved swiftly.
