I was looking in the window at the watches and was approached by Miriam who kindly asked if she could help and I said yes's. We went inside and I was with my mum she was treating me to a watch for my 40th birthday. Miriam was so helpful kind and polite. Very chatty and was really interested in getting me the right watch. She was so helpful. I would definitely go back to see Miriam if I was looking for anymore jewellery. I can say that we had been at a few shops along the arcade before I met Miriam and none of them had the same atmosphere and approach as the staff in the shop. George was also in the shop and he was very friendly and kind. Thank you so much for all your help. Suzie and Annie xx

Abigail was a pleasure to be served by. Was buying a chain for my 15 year old and she had advised us fab on which chain would be better and allowed us to try on the styles so he could decide which looked better. Also paid fantastic attention to his younger brother who then also got an item of jewellery (chain) due to Abigails customer service of allowing him to look and decide which one he would pick. Real pleasure to have shopped today with the store.
