Eunice gave me outstanding service to pick and buy an engagement ring. All staff were pleasant and made me feel really relaxed and welcome.

Recently bought a chain from Livingston store and there was a fault with the item, so I took it back and received a replacement with I can’t fault and Pauline was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Thanks for the great customer service

Very friendly staff making the choosing of our wedding rings very easy and such a joy. The knowledge Helen and Pauline had also assisted in our choosing of rings. A complete joy and my fiancé says it was a grand cup of tea too.

Great service from Lara and Helen today when we visited the shop in Livingston.

My Fiancé and I went in for wedding bands but we didn't really know what we wanted. Chloe and Katie went through everything with us and within twenty minutes we were out with the perfect rings. They made the experience easy and they were both lovely.

Discovered a chain in s bag in my sons wardrobe tonight... my autistic son entered argyle street shop and was sold a silver chain £250 not only this the box it was presented in was ripped and torn and badly damaged my god you only had to speak to him to realise he could not make the decision to buy the item and putting it in a box that was falling to bits that they would not have presented to someone without learning disability's proves they knew what they were doing selling him it bloody shocking pity you cant upload pictures but i will be presenting it to shop
