Barden Estates helped me through a very long and difficult bungalow purchase.
I have bought a number of houses over the years with varying levels of service from estate agents however Barden were absolutely excellent and Mr Wood and his team could not have done any more to help.

Wow! Steve was initially recommended to me and I now know why! Service, communication and effiency faultless. And most importantly for all concerned a speedy smooth process. The 2 flats we had available were let within a few days of our initial meeting with both sets of tenants moving inside 3 weeks with all the paperwork and finances organised. Despite this top service an excellent value charge too and no fees for the tenants so everybody very happy.

Where to start, I chose Steve from Barden’s Estate agents as he presented us with his OWN research and not just statistics pulled from online portals like other agents had provided. He was upfront about what he could do for us and he certainly achieved that. His fee included professional photographs and a video tour showing our house to its full potential and all arranged within 2 days. Within 24 hours our home was under offer at above the asking price with no chain. We completed within 8 weeks with the help of a reasonably priced solicitor recommended by Steve which suited us perfectly. I have no hesitation in recommending Barden’s to anyone, they certainly lived up to their sales pitch and thanks to Steve we had a smooth sale with minimal stress and we were able to move on quickly and smoothly. We chose Bardens to organise the letting of my mother's house. They provided an outstanding service; way above any expectations I had had. They literally did everything, from finding and vetting excellent tenants - including doing credit checks, to researching and providing all the relevant and required documentation on the house and the letting of it. They arranged for the payment of the deposit and set up the standing order for the rent. They kept me very well informed of all the processes as we went along and reminded me of what I needed to do at each stage; but, I had very little to do, as they virtually did the whole job for me. All this was achieved with very little disruption and always with the utmost courtesy and efficiency.
