We stayed at a wonderful property called Floriann, in Brancaster and the property was superb, nothing could be faulted. The staff at Barefoot were excellent with a pre holiday call, to check everything was in place prior to our trip. They also contacted us while we were there to make sure we were happy. Fantastic break was had by all

Great customer service. Very high-quality accommodation and facilities with its own private garden. Perfect for a walk to the beach and a few minutes walk from the local pub. There is also a village store within easy walking distance.

We recently stayed in this beautiful house in Docking and truly could not find a single fault. The décor is fabulous, the welcome pack outstanding and the fresh flowers were absolutely gorgeous. We would definitely consider returning.

The orangery at Brancaster what a gorgeous property and decorated to the highest standard and the location was absolutely perfect.

This is the third house we have booked through Barefoot Retreats - they manage some beautiful properties and provide an excellent service.

The cottage was perfect in every way. It had everything we needed for a long weekend and the beds were very comfortable.

Very smooth & professional from start to finish including the pre-arrival curtesy phone call to check all OK. Cottage was just what we wanted. Definitely will be returning.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Seagate House in Brancaster. All 4 generations from 18 months to 84 thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities and amenities the house offered. From several bbq meals in the Finlandic bbq hut to relaxing Saunas and the kids having fun on the sunken trampoline. We will definitely be returning again very soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Wentworth Retreat, it’s a lovely spacious cottage with delightful views especially when the sun shines through. The bathrooms are beautifully designed, and the showers are amazing. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a home from home stay. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Had a wonderful stay in Mulberry Cottage Thornham, celebrating my 60th birthday with all the family.
From booking right through to leaving we couldn’t fault anything.
The house is beautiful and well equipped for 3 generations of family, the children loved the big garden the welcome pack was enjoyed by all and would definitely book through Barefoot Retreats next time we are visiting Norfolk.

Cannot fault this cottage it was perfect! The booking process was easy received good e-mail communication. We asked if we could stay an extra night if it was available and they came back to us the next day to confirm, we were very happy with the extra small charge. We arrived slightly earlier than 4pm and they rang us to say the cottage was ready and we could go straight in. All instructions for the property were easy to follow and there was a lovely welcome hamper and a bottle of fizz in the fridge!
The cottage itself is very spacious, well equipped and was immaculate. It is right in the centre of Burnham Market but set back off the main road so very quiet. We have an electric car so it would make it even more perfect if a car charger was installed (I hope the owner will give this some thought.
Next time I go to Norfolk I will definitely be using Barefoot Retreats again!

A lovely weekend staying in Avoca Cottage, Thornham with friends. Beautiful and well equipped house in lovely village with 2 good pubs serving excellent food within walking distance. Lovely walk to a wonderful beach.....just perfect.

Used Barefoot Retreats for a recent break in North Norfolk and was more than impressed with every aspect. Excellent service and a superb well-equipped cottage in tip-top condition. Probably more expensive than other holidays of this type but worth every penny in my opinion.

Yet another lovely break with Barefoot Retreats. Fab apartment, the location is just perfect, we love Brancaster, Thanks to the Barefoot team who always make the whole process so easy from start to finish.

A big thank you to all the team at Barefoot Retreats for making our stay at Pond House so memorable. The house is wonderful and perfectly placed, we loved the bakery in the village and the Barefoot shop living, can't wait to use our gluggle jug! We're looking forward to coming back again next year with the grandchildren and will be recommending you to all our friends and family.

We had a lovely week at End Cottage in Thornham. The house was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and really well equipped. Booking was easy and Barefoot Retreats called us the week before to check we had all the information we needed and offer further help. I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.

We used barefoot retreats to book our stay at 10 Sandells Walk in burnham market. Can’t fault the house, good location and comfortable property but very disappointed with barefoot retreats. Unfortunately on leaving the property we left behind a large bbhugme pregnancy pillow which cost £150. When arriving back home we realised so contacted barefoot retreats the next day to ask them to arrange shipping at our cost. They advised us that it wasn’t in the property. The only people that had been in following us leaving were the cleaners. A large pregnancy pillow is not something you can really misplace and more likely that it had been stolen. Obviously our fault for leaving it behind but when using a reputable company such as Barefoot retreats you would think your belongings would be safe. So if you do decide to book a stay with barefoot retreats please ensure you keep all your valuables as safe as possible and don’t leave anything behind because clearly they have untrustworthy people working for them and you properly won’t see your belongings again. We visit Norfolk twice a year but won’t be using barefoot retreats again after this experience. After spending over a £1000 on our stay we are now having to spend another £150 on a new pillow! Very disappointing end to our stay!
