Very Disappointing Customer Experience – Unfair Damage Claim and Rude Treatment
I was very disappointed with my experience when returning the car, as your staff blamed me for damage that was already there before my rental.
The staff were rude and dismissive, and even asked me to leave while I had my 8-month-old baby in my arms.
I found the way I was treated completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
The evidence I provided does not support the claim that I caused the damage.
After this experience, I will never use your company again or recommend it to others.

Maybe cheap but you get what you pay for. 3 buses parked at the yard and none moving for 15+mins. Only one shuttle bus operated on Sunday.

While we do aim to have the free shuttle service running constantly during our open hours sometimes due to circumstances out of our control there may be delays that will be addressed as quickly as possible.
Apologies for this as it sounds like you have been left waiting for the shuttle longer than expected.
With any booking if you do find that our free shuttle service is taking a bit longer than you would like you can always make your own way to the depot or airport via taxi or uber.

Collection from airport by shuttle bus to depot to collect hire car was very easy and quite quick. The collection of car from depot was smooth especially if you complete the online check list.
We had an excellent experience with Bargain Car rentals from the start to finish. The hire car we received was reasonably priced and perfect for our needs. We will hire from them again.
