The staff were friendly and very helpful

Everything went well happy with everything but the only thing that was annoying was filling up. I went around trying to find fuel with no avail. Went into the office to ask and to be fair he said he was new but I drove all the way around after he google a place for me to fuel up to realize theres a back entrance to the site that I could have used instead of going on a wild goose chase. That information would be pretty vital for people not from auz considering gas station names are completely different and suburbs unknown.

My worst car rental experience ever.

When I returned the car, a staff member falsely claimed that I had caused a new mark on the vehicle. I have sent numerous emails explaining that I did not cause the damage and even provided a photo taken on the day I collected the car, clearly showing that the small mark was already there.
Despite this clear evidence, this company is still trying to keep my bond. It is completely unacceptable to falsely accuse an honest customer and keep their money.
I will make sure to share my terrible experience across social media and review platforms so that others are aware before renting from this company.

East pick up and drop off. Car condition is great and clean inside out.

Easy collection on arrival at Brisbane airport. Short ride to the premises. Quick process to get the keys. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Car well groomed.

Staff were great vans were tidy and in good nick but the rear grab handles on both vanz were loose and need attention

Did not have car ready. Booked 6 weeks + in advance and had confirmation. Had to wait over 2 hours for them to find, collect then clean car. Very frustrating and disappointing. Still had a 4 hour drive and ended up in peak hour traffic as well.

Long time waiting at the reception. I order an SUV, but there’s no car for me and they upgrade a 7 seats SUV to me which is not being cleaned well. Otherwise the stuffs are friendly and easy pick up/drop off.

Price was great compared to other car rentals for the dates required. The only downfall was the tolls and that I could not pay these without the $5 admin fee for each toll (which can be more than the cost of the toll)

Bargain Car Rental were good as usual. This time they went above and beyond when Christina waited after hours for us after our flight was delayed.

The front desk service was friendly and helpful; however, the first vehicle had an engine light on, which I was not comfortable taking, and it was switched out for another similar vehicle with a Tyre Pressure warning illuminated, which nothing could be done about.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED WITH A RENTAL CAR COMPANY!
We followed all instructions and advised them of our flight delay from NZ. When we arrived, we called the number we were told, and were sent a text confirming someone would pick us up within 20-30 mins. After waiting 2 hours and noone showing up, we paid for an uber to the rental compant location to find it was completely locked up and closed. We had no other choice but to pay $270 for an uber to our accomodation at 11.30pm with a very tired an upset 4 year old. The next day, no-one would answer the phone, and their other locations couldnt confirm if our vehicle would even be there for us. We made our way there the next day, and picked up the vehicle which was definately not the one we had booked and paid for. Would never use this company again.

I loved everything except your charges per use of Brisbane toll roads we made the journey only on one day there and back to Palmwoods I would have expected just one administrative charge
