Easy booking and pick up
Easy booking and pick up. Staff were helpful. I did have an issue connecting apple play so I could use google maps. I went back to the depot and they informed me I had to plug in the usb to the passenger side of the console not the drivers side. Which is pretty dumb but it was a Haval. But otherwise all good.

Handy walk from our hotel in the city
Handy walk from our hotel in the city. Great to have a car to do a bunch of stuff around Darwin, we went out to Berry Springs. Great car for 4 people, no issues.
The only reason I gave one less star is because it took a bit of time with picking the car up, as there were 4 groups waiting to pick up cars, & there was only one guy working. I felt sorry for the guy. Maybe 2 staff in the mornings would be better.

Reliable car with good service at Bargain
I normally use the more internationally known car rental companies in Australia but in the Northern Territory, their prices were just not competitive at all. I read good reviews about Bargain and decided to give it a try.
Was not disappointed with the service. Due to a change of plans, I contacted the rental in the morning and was able to get the car in the evening instead of the next day. There was also no hard selling on extra insurance coverage, which I appreciate. The car return process was also a breeze.
Car was also relatively new, with 14,000+ km on the odometer. Thus a very comfortable and smooth ride.
Would not hesitate to use this company for my future Australian road trips.

well priced car hire for Darwin
The car was perfect for two people to visit and tour Darwin and surrounds. I arrived a little later than anticipated to pick up the car, however it wasn't on site and had to wait at least 15 minutes for it to be delivered. The car could have been a little cleaner - the windscreen was very hard to see out of due to the film on the inside. Overall the car performed well with no mechanical issues. The hire price was very competitive and would book through them again
