My experience was good. The service was excellent. The rental car was excellent, large, and spacious. The car arrived on time. Excellent experience and excellent company.

The staff were helpful and the rental was essentially as expected with no major problems. However, it was disconcerting when I arrived just before the nominated time of collecting the rental (at midday on a Sunday) to be told that the person on duty was about to close up! Not sure what would have happened if I arrived a few minutes later. The MG suv was a nice drive on the flat but lacked power climbing hills and this was for 2 small adults who had only a modest amount of luggage.

The greeting of a new customer was just so so with far too much time spent on trying to justify the high cost of insurance on top of the hire cost. The talk was quite scary and all about the consequences of damage to the car whether it was my fault or not. I brought forward the return date but no change in the price I also think the car condition on return should be checked upon return.

All round good service

A great company, cars where clean & tidy/ man at the desk was nice & I was told were the service/petrol station was to fill up at the end which was good. I also notice they had a recycling bin for my cans & bottles out back

I have often had an excellent experience with Bargain Car Rentals. However there was quite a delay on pick up on this occasion and the luxury vehicle also required washing which was completed promptly when I requested it.

Great experience in all aspects. Rates were great, car was in excellent condition, staff at both the pickup and drop off locations were excellent also.

Pick up was efficient and car handled well. Drop off was also good and the shuttle to the airport was much appreciated.

Fast and super easy, cheaper deals, but great cars

Pickup was seamless, could probably do with more staff in the morning, gentleman was great but run off his feet. We were lucky we were first in.
Vehicle was ok, MG, 95000ks on it so didn’t drive the best, not a safe vehicle at speeds above 90km/hr considering the winding roads in tassie. Definately wouldn’t hire a Chinese vehicle again.
They look great on the road until you drive one.
Drop off was seamless , plenty of staff to take the vehicle and deliver us to the airport , very helpful .

Straightforward hire process, no waiting, good rates, vehicle was immaculate and suited the trip, quick return and key drop. CBD location was an easy journey from our hotel.

Unfortunately I have to give a negative opinion because I returned the car forgetting the glasses in the car with a photo attached but the office replied that they did not find any glasses in the car.

We had made a mistake with the booking date and they helped us out immediately. We were able to get a car at the last moment and went out of their way to secure it. Couldn't have been more helpful.
