Excellent price, service, make/model
Despite a slight delay in "car ready for pickup", the following were excellent: 1) Price, 2) Customer Service, 3) Car make/model (i30), incl Apple Car Play, 4) Car cleanliness. I highly recommend Bargain Car Rentals.

Happy with Bargain
Overall very happy with Bargain. Friendly service on collection and the car itself were great.
The only downside was drop-off at Hobart Airport. Google took us to a security gate that denied our entrance. Appears a delivery map is required.

Mixed reception at Bargain Car Rentals
The car was booked for a midday pick up on Saturday, 20th Dec in Hobart City.
We arrived 5mins late as we went to the wrong rental car premise (there are 3 along Harrington St).
There were two staff members working and they had practically packed up for the day when we made it in. The front door was locked, we went round the back as other cars had just been dropped back so someone was there. It was clear that we were inconveniencing the team who let us know that they were now working in their own time as it was after midday - our booking was for midday. They noted that they would not be reimbursed for this overtime. For us this was really poor customer service and reflected on your brand.
The car itself was fine.
We returned the vehicle on Tuesday, 23rd December, again at midday, to the same location. The staff member working that day was really pleasant and we had no issues.

Fantastic prices and service
The price of our rental - a new Honda hybrid - was excellent - way better than the competition. But what made it all the sweeter was the great customer service we received at the Hobart branch. Shout out to the guy at the desk who was happy, funny and extremely helpful!

Hassle free experience. Helpful and friendly staff. To return the car, I just need to park the car near the office and drop the key at the office at night.
