Good service although it takes a while to sort the collection. No mention of how tolls will be charged, and the admin fee for each individual toll was horrendous.

Over the last year I have rented cars…
Over the last year I have rented cars from your Sydney Depot on 3 seperate occasions. The staff I have dealt with both on pickup up and return have always been lovely. Unfortunately I can’t remember his name but I have dealt with the same young man for all 3 pickups (I think the first time last September he may just have started and was training) and he is a credit to your business. friendly, polite, and helpful.
My only complaint would be is how far you have to walk with luggage to the pick up zone and instead of been dropped off outside departures on the return shuttle trip the last time we were dropped off at the pickup area. The issue with that besides the distance is that there are so many people coming from the other direction it was difficult getting through.

I was initially annoyed
I was initially annoyed. I found that the process for an overseas traveller contacting the office to arrange a shuttle after hours impossible! I had to Uber there at a cost of over $30 after a very frustrating time ringing numbers provided to only access voicemail. That aside I found the price and quality of vehicle excellent. Also the drop off and shuttle service to the airport efficient and easy. The driver going above and beyond, dropping my wife and I at the terminal door.

Great Experience all round
The whole process was seamless from initial booking through pickup and delivery back and then transport to the airport. The cost was good value. The staff were courteous and very helpful. The car was roomy and clean and plenty of luggage space. I'd recommend Bargain Car Rentals for great service

Staff were courteous and helpful.
Cost was very affordable.
More care about the appearance of the car would help. Interior light didn't work and inside of windscreen was dirty, making it difficult to drive near sunrise and sunset.

All of our vehicles are inspected before each booking, but sometimes things do slip through, we do apologise that it sounds like this may have been the case with your rental.
With any of our bookings if an issue arises at collection or during your rental we do recommend you have a chat with the depot staff or give us a call to be provided with a solution or swap into a fresh vehicle.

That van was a death trap
That van was a death trap, almost killing the driver and his wife. They had to pull over a bunch of times, losing 10 hours on the highway early Sunday while waiting for NRMA. NRMA even said he couldn't fix it and they'd just have to wait for a tow.
