So easy, so cheap, so friendly!

Service was good and prompt. Soon as I called them a bus came to airport and picked me up. I did check in online but I didn't saved time as they said. I had to wait so they can doit again. Car was clean, as described but had no cable to connect my phone and use Waze maps . Google maps was verry difficult to use and not many explanations from the company as how to use smart system from this car. Took me a day or two to get used to all functions. On return they took me straight back to the international Terminal of the aiport. I give 5 stars.

Do NEVER use Bargain Car Rentals!!!!

To resume, we missed our flight because of them.
Family of 4, 2 kids under 3, that was disapointing.

They "offer" a shuttle bus from the airport to the car pick-up/drop off location that you actually CAN NOT count on.

We arrived there 2 hours before our flight as it was recommended by them, to get the suttle, but it took over an hour to show up. They drop you off far away from the terminals so you still need to do a long walk until the terminal. Missed the flight and called bargain, the guy who talked to us was quite rude with us, coudnt do nothing about. Would NEVER recommend to anyone and will never use them again.

The staff was very pleasant and very helpful in explaining everything including the insurance packages. Very quick and excellent service. Thank you guys, I will be using you again in future and will recommend anyone to use your service.

The lady at the checkout told us that the airport shuttle would only be 10 minutes wait after 15 minutes I decided to ask how long it would take she responded with another 25 minutes when I told her I was going to miss my flight she told me that is not my problem and to not get aggressive she also told me to my face I’m glad you are never coming back . We also had to pay 5 DOLLARS ADMIN FEE EVERY TIME WE PASSED A TOLL. Safe to say I would never come back here again and never recommend this car rental place to anyone. If I could I would give this a 0 star rating.

Always my go-to car rental company. Their prices are competitive, the booking process is straightforward, and the vehicles are always well-presented and reliable. The staff at Sydney Airport were especially helpful, friendly, and professional, making both pickup and drop-off hassle-free. Kudos to the team for their excellent customer service. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely continue using them in the future!

Reliable and fast process

Ive emailed you 3 times, and when you bother to reply its the same answer check your spam folder, the only spam is Bargain Car Rentals, im waiting on a reply to my complaint, also waiting on a manager to contact me over you trying to fraudulently take money off my card, everyday you are trying to take different amounts, ive contacted the Police over this, you need to reply before it goes further.
Anyone considering this company Do Not Use them, they try to steal money from your account and allow their staff to verbally abuse you and refuse to do what they are contracted to do, the call handlers are useless and thats being kind to them, i would say all emails go through the same staff so no complaints get escalated. This company deserves to go out of business the way its run, so lets see if they reply to this, i wonder if the gobshite Alana is still at Sydney branch ? She deserves to have been sacked
