Awful customer service
Absolutely disgusting customer service….ordered a Christmas gift on December 13th (website stated as long as ordered before 15th will arrive in time for Christmas) well it didn’t! Finally the item arrived on Saturday 4th January! Obviously no use to me now….contacted customer services requesting a return….advised I can return but must cover costs myself. After paying for delivery. 12 working days it took to arrive.
Save your money and time and buy somewhere reliable.
