Perfectly made, Artisan gift with the BEST customer service- Thank you Andrea
The purchase I made ended up being completely custom. I wanted something special but specific as a gift, and so I contacted customer service. They arranged for my order to be exactly what I wanted (I didn't expect they ould actually be able t do it- but they could!).
Andrea from customer service ensured she would personally see to ensuring my order was made how I wanted- and she did! The order arrived this week and it was absolutely perfect!

Beautiful trousers
Beautiful trousers! They did take a while to get here to the US but with the lockdowns, it's completely understandable. The only thing I wish is that they would have stated the trousers were unhemmed as the pictures they are cuffed and the sizing says a 30in inseam, but I was able to cuff them myself so it wasn't that big of a deal. They guarantee the lowest price and will lower it if you show them a lower price elsewhere, and after looking around, they really do. Can't get better than that, especially for such beautiful craftmanship. Art in its purest form.
