Why can’t I see my wish list, terrible site

Been using the turmeric collection for awhile. Skin seems to clear up. Love the offers. Bought other products recently can't wait to try them out too 🥰

Very bad products that give the same results as cheap and. Nasty products very dissatisfied and disappointed my skin has gone so bad after using them for two weeks
Baselift use models with good skin to make people believe that they are good products
Overall I urge people not to use them I would never buy them or use them if they were for free

Let me start by stating that the negative reviews are accurate and I have exactly the same experience. Baselift just want your money and do not care about the after sales or if you develop a skin condition because of their products. On 27 December 2023 I purchased the turmeric and saffron blemish control toner. I received it and started to use it which is when I experienced a rash and blotchy skin. These symptoms parallel other reviews which I have read on here. I thought that this was just a reaction to my skin so I asked my friend to try the product too and days later, she commented on her skin being terrible and blotchy too. I then contacted baselift with information as to what the product caused on my skin who said they couldn’t refund me because the item was opened. They did not offer me any form of a partial refund nor compensate me for my experience with their product, or even decide to exchange the item as it could be seen the product was defective. I asked to speak to a manager after they fobbed me off and then I was emailed by a line manager named Megan who said there was nothing she could do. Within her emails she contradicted herself many times. I have since asked to speak to her manager and she has failed to respond to me in a number of emails where I asked for a CEO email address as I would like to take this further. This email was dated 22 February 2024. I asked her to consider my request as a formal complaint but she has not bothered to even send an email back. As there has been no response, I had tried to find the CEO email from a number of baselift social media channels where the staff “did not know the correct email”. I then contacted Megan (line manager on 4 March 2024 to which she has not bothered to respond.

Baselift customer care seem to have an answer for everything and do not have any accountability. They claim they are a skincare brand but they have honestly destroyed my skin and failed to provide adequate service in any way shape or form.

Please do not buy from this brand, you can get better on the high street!! Please do not make the same mistake as me.

The turmeric and papaya mask feels really good when I use it. There's a slight stingling (tingling/ stinging) when it's on, which feels like it's working well. Always can see and feel a difference and am sure with regular and consistent use it will definitely yield the results I'm looking for. Been using for a around 3 weeks now.

The best hair oil! I love this hair oil, I have used it multiple times and noticed a huge difference. Such an amazing product!

The Indian eraser clay doesn’t mix well at all no matter how much you try to dilute the water to the clay it just sticks together

the lip oil made my lips so dry. gave me spots above my lip disappointing :(

I have bought the tumeric mask it is just wow. It leaves my skin glowing, bright and clear. I would recommend this product to friends and families. I also got the night retinol cream which I have not used yet but I am sure it will be worth it!!!

I have every item from Baselift with exception of the watermelon range. I purchased lots of products during the christmas period for friends and family and for myself too. I had never used the retinol night cream but trusted the other products i had so i ordered 4. OMG biggest mistake ever. the first time i used it it created wrinkles on my skin near eyes even though i didnt use it over it. I looked like i was 70years old, contacted customer service they said to use it sparingly and wait. I waited a month and used it again it gave me dry patches and burnt my skin. I know when to continue with something and when to stop so i contacted them again to see if i could return the unopened ones. I was advised no and that i should use it in a different way. Sorry but there is no way i am going to put my skin through that again. You have lost a customer who spent approximately £300-£400 and would have continued to try more but not anymore i will now go back to my original Liz Earle who i only left to try yours. Plz dont tell me to contact your customer service to seek further advice about how to use the products its been a waste of my time

I brought the baselift hyperpigmentation trio after seeing the hype a certain influencer made. The products were delivered straight away but I was so disappointed. I have previously no skin conditions or issues at all. However as soon as I started using the products my skin became super dry and patchy. Even the night cream is awful after a few weeks my skin looked so much older drier and sensitive! I would never recommend these products to anyone. What a complete waste of my money. I don’t believe the influencer actually uses these products. We forget they get paid for hyping up brands. Do your research.

I have used Baselift Products for years now. Baselift products are great to use, reasonable price and great value for money. Their customer service on email and instagram is great!!

Great customer service I had a missing item, I emailed them got a quick respond and my missing item was sent out.

Amazing products, does wonders for the skin. I've been using baselift products for about 2 years now consistently, and I notice a difference. I was really insecure about my skin, but I feel a lot more confident now. I recommend baselift to everyone!
