I bought the face masks from baselift only half the order was shipped out. I contacted baselift and was told they ran out of stock. I asked for my refund which they said the would arrange the refund but after 3 weeks I never heard anything. I then sent another email to let them know I will contact my bank to get the money back within 10min they responded and said refund has just been issued!

Tried the face mask and gave them to family and friends to try out. They are not worth the price tag! They don't actually do what they should do.

Don't like the customer service. I won't be order again.
Stop taking orders if you can not fulfil the orders!!!!!

I don’t usually write reviews but this needed one .. These products are advertised to make the skin glow and brighten. However this was not the case with me on a couple of application with the seamoss gel moisturiser and turmeric serum my skin was dried my skin out and it became itchy and sore .. after contacting base lift wanting a refund they said it’s normal ‘ to purge’ and to continue using it but to use less or maybe not everyday! I feel they were just fobbing me off ! It’s taking my skin forever to get back to how it was .. my skin was fine don’t know why I bothered using it ..hyped up too much by a certain influencer .. waste of money ! Definitely would not recommend

Will never order again, dried out so quickly and cut my lip in the middle. horrible stuff.

I have using Baselifts products for a year now and they are amazing! Whilst tackling all my skin concerns and making my skin glow, I feel confident outside the house without makeup on! I love the fact they have so many sales, giveaways and freebies. In the black Friday sale, I purchased the turmeric trio, 6 clay masks, the lip oil and an applicator kit, with which I won a free brightening serum! Thank you so much!

turmeric bundle is literally soo amazing clears my breakouts immediately and it’s gives you a glass skin look love it!!❤️

I have been using baselift for over 2 years now and I can't find anything in the shops that match their quality. I know they are expensive but I don't mind investing in my skin health and baselift products have done nothing but improve my skin. The best products are the retinol cream, sea moss gel and hyaluronic acid serum.

I have used the Indian eraser mask.
It made my skin soft and bright.
Also i noticed that it slightly controls oil.
It is a good face mask.

Overpriced products that can be bought elsewhere cheaper. They rely heavily on bloggers reviewing items and sharing promo codes
There a massive discount on products all the time
If they just started with an honest price and instead of paying influencers they would appeal much more

The most horrible lip oil ever wasted my money so did my noece i swear down vaseline worked better than this infelt so upset wen it dried my lips out and wen i contacted customer service they wer so rude im still shocked how can anyone lie to public just go make a living the bottle is so nice but the oil ruined my lips my niece complained i tried mine on my friend and hers dried out and she was left peeling her skin just like me if anything its made my lips drier

So I decided to purchase the lip oil and received my order on the 5th October. I was extremely excited especially with the tackling of hyperpigmentation but have only been left disappointed. The initial application is lovely I love the applicator, the smell is of beautiful rose and the initial hydration is great. However, because it is purely oil based which you would think is great it dissappears within 3 minutes of application. This seriously needs to be reformulated and there should be some sort of gel or bees wax base to prolong the application and to make it feel much nicer on the lips. It honestly feels like I've grabbed olive oil or coconut oil put it on my lips and then it just fades into absolutely nothing. I really wanted to like this as I really enjoy baselift products but this hasn't been up to scratch.

So I decided to purchase the ultimate collection from baselift after seeing all the good reviews and transformation results. I started using the products and my skin was not getting better it just started getting worse. It has left my skin all red and have rough skin now. When I also purchased the collection I didn’t receive the freebie I was meant to get so I was very disappointed with the service that I had received from them.

This is the best cleanser I've used you really can tell how much of a difference all the natural ingredients make- the glow is imminent and skin feels so hydrated too ❤

Got my hands on the new edition of baselift the beetroot and grape seed oil to milk and wow it was so amazing on the skin. Washed it off and my skin was so smooth and silky to touch

This was my first time buying from baselift. I had the best experience ever. I bought the Ultimate collection and I’m in love with the cleansing balm and the niacinamide serum. My skin feels so hydrated and fresh. Really satisfied with my purchase 💕

In love with the vitamin c serum. Great under makeup, instantly plump and smooth skin and great for spots. I had irritation from a suncream and it made me break out but once I applied the vitamin c serum my skin felt refreshed and the spots went away. My sister says that when she feels like she's about to get a spot she just applies on the serum and the spot disappears :)

BaseLift has the best products EVER! If you message them they also help you pick your perfect products for your skin type. I did this and I loved everything!!!! Don’t know what I’d do without the products now

So I have used the rosehip oil,neem mud mask,cleansing balm, rose clay mask, so a few there and honestly it has never made me break out and that neem mud mask is my favourite, leaves ur skin glowing, brighter, hydrated, jus so clean looking, it’s my fave, and the rosehip marula oil jus perfect, my skin doesn’t like most facial oils but this was spot on, anything I use from this brand works and my skin loves it so much, thank u baselift for your amazing products, I could use them forever!!
