They didnt ship my order fully. I ordered some basketball shoes and a shirt and socks. When I called them about it they told me to write an email. I write an email they say I need to sign written statement made under oath. They will ask the courirer service for the weight of the package, which makes 0 sense because socks and a shirt dont weigh anything in comparison to the rest of the package, which also has some paper inside to dampen crashes. What a customer service.
TLDR:
1) I dont receive my order fully
2)I have to sign a documentunder oath for a pair of socks and shirts, which is their mistake by the way that they didnt put them in the box but their system shows so.

What a lovely shopping experience....

The boxes were shipped in the thinnest plastic they sell. No padding. The boxes were ripped and bashed in. Not suitable for gifts. I paid for insurance but they refused to honor it. Terrible customer service! Initially offer a two dollar refund. Product is poorly made and nothing holds the two pieces together.

It came fast in like 3 days with no problem and the shoe or the box weren't damaged! I'll return to this website it's good!

They advertise with a lot of shoes through Google Shopping, but the items they are advertising with can't be found in the store. It's just a cheap way to get people to visit the webshop.

I ordered a NBA jersey for my son for Christmas. It was to be delivered by 12.25.15. The item never made it to my address, but I was charged. When contacting the company they were very rude and short about refunding me. Their policy states the item will be held for 14 to 21 days according to the tracking information it was Belfast Mail Centre on 12.24.15 then the National Return Centre on 12.24.15. The tracking info states the item was sent back on 12.31.15, but Basketball Direct states they have not received the item yet! They will not refund my money until they get the item, that I feel like was never even shipped to the United States! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Products are of the quality you'd expect. however on two occasions now delivery has been very poor. one late delivery ruined my son's birthday. Despite paying a premium for early delivery!
Currently, I placed an order which has partially arrived with two items outstanding. For 3 weeks now! I receive numerous emails and adverts from basketball direct and yet they appear to be unable to answer my direct email enquiries.
Proceed with caution if you want a quick delivery...

Had great service which was timely and very helpful on the design element of our strip

The person I was in contact couldn't have been friendlier or more professional. I made a lot of last minute changes and they accommodated them all without a fuss. Everything was delivered on time and I was overwhelmed by the quality of products that I received. I will definitely be ordering more kits from them and would recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a complete custom made basketball kit. From start to finish the representative from the company was brilliant. Making any changes i requested for the kit design until i was 100% satisfied. Email replies were very quick and after payment was made for the kit, it arrived on the date promissed.

Excellent product and service. Basketball Direct were very easy to deal with and had great communication regarding the order. The price was very reasonable (cheapest quoted) for an all-over printed top with individual player name and number. The product is fantastic quality. Highly recommended.

Ordered a set of jerseys for a lacrosse team, the whole experience with Basketball Direct was extremely positive. When there was a slight issue with the courier delivery, they made every effort to make sure we got our kit on time. Would definitely use again and recommend to other teams.
