Ordered a Brooklyn Jersey for my sons birthday (which I almost forgot). Ordered is at 2pm on Wednesday for his birthday on Friday. Rang to make sure it would arrive on time. Spoke with Niall who was very friendly and helpful. Had the jersey the next day at 2.30pm. Will DEFINITELY use this site again. Thanks Niall

I ordered an item with next day delivery within the stated time bands. The Item was not delivered on time, which resulted in a lot of ringing around to various depots and businesses and eventually managed to have the parcel delivered. After being told by one member of staff that a refund would be made for the next day delivery, no refund was made. When I chased up the matter I had to explain my situation a number of times before the member of staff understood/believed what I was saying, and was incredibly patronising in his delayed responses. Either Royal Mail or Basketball direct are lying about dispatch times for the item. In the end it was Basketball Direct I paid for the service, and Basketball direct that should refund me for it as It was not adhered to, and cost me time out of my working day to track down the order. Can't express how annoyed I am with the member of staff who I have been in correspondance with, who is either calling me a liar or does not understand the situation after 3 or 4 times of explaining.

Would have no problem in recommending this site to anyone. The whole process was quick and easy. Customer service was excellent when i made a mistake. Great value and I will be back. Thank you

Item chosen turned out not to be in stock. I was contacted and offered alternative which was accepted and received next day.
