I was looking for a size that was not available. I emailed the company and they informed of the exact date they were expected to return. They were correct with the date and I was able to order and get the delivery before Christmas. One happy child on Christmas Day.

Very prompt delivery. Adidas lightweight 3 shoes were very small fitting so had to returned and re-ordered 2xsizes bigger! No problems with returns though.

I ordered some basketball boots and kit for my daughter less than 1 week before Christmas, I was assured by the company that I would receive delivery by Christmas. I received an email confirming my order and was informed that I would receive correspondence once the items were dispatched. I then got a phone call from the company to say that there had been a mix up with the stock and one of my items was not available, I was offered an alternative and they were dispatched and delivered the next day.. just in time for Christmas.

I must say my son loves his indoor basketball goal. It's sturdyand looks really nice with the nba logo. Also delivery time was 2 days. Can't beat that 4 days before Christmas.

Needed a last minute hoody and Basketball direct came up with the goods. Ordered at 13:55 and rec'd by 9;00sm the next morning

The kit was good and what i expected, the delivery was on time but the boxed packaging was badly damaged, if this was being given as a present it would have been a total let down.. Got to do better for internet customers, it looked like it had been kicked around the shop floor for a couple of weeks.

I ordered the items online, and received an e mail to say one item was unavailable and they offered me two alternatives. The goods arrived a couple of days later. I am delighted with the quality of the items and also the excellent customer service. Will be recommending them to our basketball club.

My son got the basketball shoes he wanted and was having trouble finding in north america. We picked the 2-3 day fedex shipping and it arrived on time. Ordered on the weekend and had by Tuesday. Great price and shipping was reasonable too!
