Basketball direct are easy to deal with, quick to deliver and very helpful when a problem is encountered. Unfortunately the first shoes I purchased as a Christmas present for my girlfriend were clearly too small when they arrived. One e mail to the company and they offered to send a different style in a bigger size the same day so it would make it on time for Christmas. I posted the original shoes up which was the only added expense. There was no deduction of original delivery cost as mentioned in the returns policy. I was highly impressed and v satisfied with the friendly efficient manner with which I was dealt and the quality of the product. Thank you basketball direct!
