The delivery was terrible, due mainly to NZPost. I appreciate that the final delivery is out of your hands, but you must be able to apply some pressure or offer a courier delivery if the address seems complicated. In this case, the 65th birthday parcel had to be picked up by the recipient a week after the date of the event, which was anticlimactic and reduced the surprise of the delivery on the date. Just sending the gift to NZ Post for delivery does not constitute 'delivery' as described on your site.
