Water Softener delivery was poor
Water Softener delivery was poor, Delivery day a Friday and time slot confirmed by logistics company but did not arrive despite calls to progress, Received further notification of delivery over weekend for Monday. Again time slot missed, but delivery was made. Water Softener not yet fitted so unable to comment other than the 22mm maxi connections are shorter than 15mm flexes so my pipework will need more alterations than I had hoped for. I found Bathquest helpful and the packaging was very good.
