Delivery was on time & a perfect Service. The HE Water Softener is a great product, however after only a few weeks the digital screen started to play up and is now only showing 2 quarters of the screen.

Excellent pre-sales advice from Monarch - which reinforced my own independent research. As a direct result of this advice, together with pre-order discussion with Bathquest, I decided to retire my ancient ‘Prismertec/Aquadial water softener and purchased a Monarch ‘mini HE’ water softener (installation space being an issue) via Bathquest. Online ordering process was straightforward and delivery was within a week of order.

Delivered on time and quickly. It was a replacement for and old Monarch water softner so fitting was easy. Small free bag of salt not really something to make me overwhelmed with the product purchased.

Monarch MideE water softener
This was the best deal on the internet and did not charge anything extra for the maxflow flexi pipes that most other retailers wanted to charge for.
The unit arrived a few days later by DPD couriers and I was kept updated from DPD by text messages for the delivery time.
Its not installed yet but all the parts were in the package.
There is no reason not to use this company again.

Easy to order
Easy to order, delivered next day. Although salt supplied for commissioning it took a while to find out how much salt I should initially buy. Monarch recommended 2x25kg to start and monitor useage. My Plumber fitted the softener in half a day and so far I'm very pleased with price and product.
Time will tell how effective it will be.
