shocking service and would def avoid ordered charger 5th jan stated was uk based and would be despatched from uk actually was being despatched from china!!!!!! requested refund as not as described but was informed item had been despatched so no refund possible end of jan still no charger or refund or any sign of tracking have requested refund for undelivered item numerous times but no response from company total scam company saying uk based but items actually come from china well supposed to be delivered but no sign of mine DISGUSTING SERVICE AND SCAM COMPANY have contacted trading standards

I was worried after I read so many poor reviews. Not seen before I ordered. I got the email telling me my batteries were coming from China and that takes 15 days or so. That was unexpected. I then emailed the Co. as I’d not received further info. I was given a long delivery number and informed it was with the National Carrier, (no name supplied) I assumed Royal Mail but no chance of checking delivery details. Eventually after about 3 weeks I wrote back pointing out the bad reviews and asking if they were a scam business! No reply but I did get the delivery by Hermes. Both batteries, ( for a drill) have charged and work. I’m much relieved. The business could help itself by better communication initially on the web site re delivery periods, as I’d assumed like most UK firms a few days only. Postage details were from Poland. I am pleased with the product now it’s arrived. I hope this helps potential buyers.

I was a bit worried due to the reviews I had read but I stuck with it, fingers crossed and my laptop battery arrived 29 days later. I did contact them and they supplied a tracking number which worked, but only up to the International sorting centre in Coventry. In these funny times of 2020 29days is ok, it was the correct battery and it was 63% charged.

Wish I had read the reviews, I did look at the returns policy and it is a UK address but if you send returns there they are lost forever, Chinese shop fronting as a uk business, no customer support just a complete scam, please stay away unless you have money to throw away.

My son ordered and paid for a mac book charger. When he complained that it had not arrived he was given a ficticious tracking number and the company absolved themselves of any resposibility.

Makes out they are a UK company but they are based in China. Sent the wrong charger then expected me to spend a fortune to return it to them. Avoid them theyre a disgrace

This site gives impression its UK based, it's China. They sent wrong battery which I returned at extra cost. They are not responding to emails. Its a total scam. I hope they rot in hell.

Also been had by this company. Ordered a laptop battery from them and was under the impression it is a UK distributor and would get the goods within a few days. When I realised the battery was coming from China and would take at least 15days to arrive it was too late to cancel battery. Unable to return to China due to the cost and and difficulties of sending batteries by post. The company have a UK address on their website and on their packaging but ask that returns are not sent to it but to the China address.Totally disgusted.

Looks like I've been had as well. Ordered charger over week ago had email today say it comes from china and will be around 15 days delivery. This will be the second time I've been had from stuff from china.

Avoid this website at all costs. They say they are UK based...they are not, they send defective batteries from China and then when you return them to the address on the website (which is in the UK), they refuse to refund. Poor communication, i emailed 5 times with no reply. Be aware...you get what you pay for!!

Ordered a battery for my laptop. A week or so after order placed, received an email saying battery was on its way from China. Looked again at their website to confirm they quote a UK address. 2 weeks later battery arrived apparently charged. It ran the laptop for 90 minutes and needed charging. Problem was it would not charge. Put old battery back, laptop ran fine and battery charged on cable. When I told them they asked I check again and if still not working send photos of identity plates on laptop and both batteries. When they received photos, they sent an address in China for me to send battery. I said this was unacceptable and needed a UK address. They confirmed they had no-one to receive battery in UK. I asked if they had any staff in UK. They have gone quiet. Is their modus operandi even legal? Don't go near them. Why are they not being closed down!

Yes me too. Battery arrived after very extended period and very poor quality. Plastic lug broke off immediately. Overheated alarmingly and never held charge. When contacted I too realized they are based in China. I made the mistake of sending back as instructed - more lost money - they have since repeatedly claimed it has not arrived since 2018! Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Ordered a charger from this company over 1 month ago it has still not arrived and there is no phone number to even ring, they have emailed me to say sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for my patience my order has to be collected now from yodel with a fake phone number and tracking number! Yet it wasn’t even attempted to be delivered nor did I get a shipping email? An absolute scam ! Fuming !

Ordered a laptop battery from them and it never arrived.
Did not receive any confirmation email or shipping details (despite their web site saying these would be sent).
Tried to claim on Paypal and they knocked it back, as the shipper sent details that it had been delivered, even though the shipping details had my order placed on a completely different date than when it was orderd (payed for on Paypal for proof). and said it was "Left securely in porch" - but there is no porch at my address, 3 weeks after it was ordered though the website says 2-5 days

Posing as a UK company, it's actually a chinese outfit. Still don't have my product. Ordered 5 weeks ago and now being told another 4 weeks! I asked how long it would take, they didn't reply until they had dispatched it! Misleading and disreputable. AVOID!!

Ordered from these because they had a British website . It is in fact a Chinese company so the charger that I ordered took weeks to arrive instead of what I thought would be days. Upon arriving the charger did not work. I tested it with a multimeter and there is no voltage coming through the charger. Upon sending photos of this to the company they took days to reply with ridiculous responses such as please send photo of original charger. I do not have the original charger and the issue is with the faulty one they sent me

Ordered replacement power drill battery 12 days ago. Only contact was a confirmation email. When I chased up the email address did not work, then looked for phone number...no phone number. Found Trust Pilot review and wish I hadn't used this company. Finally I've used Paypal email facility. Somehow I doubt I will get a good result.

Very poor customer service which was extremely rude. Stay clear of this business - I will never use them again!

Ordered a charger, arrived something completely unfit for my laptop, making my laptop giving alert sounds when connected, asked me to ship it back to CHINA !!!! cost me £15 postage, they notified me after 3 (!) months they it was received, but money NEVER reimbursed. Lesson learned.

I ordered a battery charger for my laptop which, when it arrived almost a month later, proved to be faulty. In fact, it sparked as soon as it was connected and was clearly dangerous.

It was only when I looked how to return the item that I realised I was dealing with someone in China. As. stated by others on this website, there are no contacts on the webpage and I could only email. The only option to me was to pay for the return. This cost more than the item so I've taken no further action as I have seen that others who have done so have been told the returned item was not received.
