what a shock; we thought this was a british company however, all publicly known uk phone numbers do not work, no way to contact them and when you go through seller site (e.g. eBay or Amazon), they take days to respond and clearly not UK based. Bought a brand new batter which arrived in disgraceful damaged condition and without any customer care or focus, they took their time to simply say they'll send us a return label so we can take this 20kg battery UPS to drop-off point, no hint if they are sending replacement or refund...and when? still waiting

Greencell ist ein absoluter Supershop! Die Produkte sind sehr hochwertig und die Kaufabwicklung ebenso seriös wie schnell und professionell. Darüber hinaus ist der Kundenservice ein absoluter Traum. Ich hatte versehentlich ein falsches Produkt geordert und dies leider erst lange nach Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist beim Einbau bemerkt. Auf meine Bitte hin wurde mein Problem kulanterweise zu meiner vollsten zufriedenheit vom Kundenservice gelöst. Ich musste nicht einmal den Rückversand bezahlen und kann nach Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises nun das richtige Produkt bestellen. Ich bin absolut begeistert.

Greencell is an absolute super store! The products are very high quality and the checkout process is as serious as it is fast and professional. In addition, the customer service is an absolute dream. I had accidentally ordered the wrong product and unfortunately noticed this only during installation, long after the cancellation period had expired. Upon my request, my problem was solved to my complete satisfaction by customer service. I didn't even have to pay for the Portalen fee and can now order the right product, after the purchase price has been refunded. I am absolutely thrilled. THANK YOU VERY MUCH GREENCELL!!!

Unable to deliver a new GC label (according to GC mail) which has been loosened due to bad glue. A simple quality issue which can not be solved!!
