I ordered a sealed lead acid battery for a Coleman spot light. The online ordering was simple, I received text informing me of where my order was through out the process. I arrived on time and in perfect condition. I also received follow through text after delivery inquiring of any issues and my satisfaction. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I ordered a battery to replace the one in my home security system. It was priced very reasonably, and the delivery was timely.

I ordered 2 mobility scooter on 8-8-2019 showed shipped on 8-9-2019 called to find out Why I hadn't gotten it on 8-16-2019. NOT SHIPPED FROM HENNDERSON WAREHOUSE THEY COULD SHIP IT FRON CHICAGO TOMARROW. NO ONE CALLED. I COULD HAVE WAITED WEEKS MORE. I EVEN GOT A TRACKING NUMBER!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY POOR SERVICE. WHAT A JOKE DON'T BE EATTEN BY THE BATTERYSHARKS.

Wanted a battery. Got a battery. Quick, low cost and the right one!

I would have given 5 stars but didn't because of 1 reason. I put the batteries I needed in my cart but couldn't complete the order until my SSI came in, 3 weeks later. I checked my cart 2 weeks later & my cart was empty! After a long search I found the right batteries again & put them back in my cart. A week later I went to place my order, my cart was empty again!! Frustrating for sure!! I couldn't find the same batteries so I ended up ordering something different for a few dollars more. The experience with Battery Sharks from the time I placed my order & the time I rcvd the batteries was a five star rating! I rcvd them within a few days & was finally able to move around in my mob

Excellent Service and Product. I wasn't sure what battery I needed for my rechargeable sound system so I contacted Batteryshark by email. They replied within a day with a polite and helpful response (directing me to the battery I needed and which was on sale.) Their website was easy to navigate and useful.

My purchase came quickly and to my correct address. It is exactly what I needed and works well. The cost of shipping is high, but that is due more to the charges of the shipping companies.
