2 batteries and neither one will charge put old batteies back in till someone from the company sends good ones or sends back my money

I've purchased several sealed lead-acid batteries from BatterySharks over the past couple of months. I like the ease of finding replacement batteries on the website. The order placement process is convenient and the items have been delivered on time. I have only one criticism and that relates to the packaging, which in my view is a little flimsy for such heavy items.

I paid $8.41 for the battery to replace the one in my security system and $9.35 for Shipping. At that price for shipping it should be super fast. I purchased on 1/20/2019 the tracking showed it was just sitting idle unit 1/25/2019.and then I contacted them through email asking why. Then on 1/26/2019.it started moving. Says it will be here tomorrow 1/27/2019. We’ll see

I have used battery shark to purchase ups replacement batteries serveral times now and found the have fast delivery. The batties meet or exceed OEM requirements. I have recomended them to several co-workers and freinds.

Batteries were ordered and delivery was quick, four days. The batteries came charged and after topping they were verified as holding a good charge meeting specifications. The only problem was the package had been resealed by someone in route but no damage was visible to either of the two batteries.
