I orderd a dress for my daughters wedding. Shipping was a bit slow even though I paid for Fedex priority.
The dress was good quality and size spot on

This company is an absolute scam. I got a dress and before doing so, read the return policy to a T. Purchased the dress and it said 5-7 days shipping, took over 20 days to be sent out. This dress was a house of CB dupe, literally using one of their images as the product picture. It was NOT made to order. Once I got it it was too big. “Stacy” had me return it with tracking and pay for the shipping. This whole time I was clear I wanted a refund and not an exchange. Once they got the product back, they’re claiming they can’t refund me per the policy which is an absolute lie. She never told me one time the product could not be refunded throughout multiple communications, only at the end once I paid out of pocket to send the product back to them WITH tracking. This company is a scam, absolutely do NOT buy from them.

Bait and switch advertising - they prominently advertise "free returns" and then require customers to pay for return shipping. The dress I ordered is also not as depicted.

This website does a good job using stolen photo's for advertisement of high end fashion. What you receive is poor material, construction, uneven hems, missing accents... just down right a joke. They are using an Illinois address for shipment but if you want to return the item you have to ship to India. They instruct you to tell the shipping agent (USPS, UPS) that your item is worth $10 in order to minimize costs. The cost to ship back isn't worth it. They do a very good job with email correspondence. Before making a purchase the "Stacy Hall" person gave me advice on what size to order. When I said I hadn't received a shipping notice, she provided me a copy of it. But when I emailed back with photo's of what I received and wanting a refund...GHOST! Then when they replied they only offer to do exchange or store credit. This dress is absolutely horrible. It looks like someone just learning to sew made it! I paid via PayPal and to date have not received any support to have my money refunded. DO NOT ORDER FROM BAUBLE BUY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS and their merchandise is POOR QUALITY. I ordered 1/7/2026 received the item 1/23/2026.

Quality very poor , beads falling off, arm length to long, high price for poor quality

I ordered a dress listed as a 2xl it was comparable to a 10/12. I sent the dress back (paid the shipping on top of my purchase). The business offered an exchange or store credit say that it was a "made to order item". If it was made to order it would have fit me. This is a horrible way to do business, who doesn't offer refunds, the company must be in very bad financial shape. I will let anyone and everyone I know NOT to do business with these thieves.

I really loved the dress, the color is vibrant and elegant, I had a lot of complements about my dress.

I give you 5 stars because shopping and receiving the shipment was excellent …but the dress I ordered has an inner light blue dress which I didn’t receive ..and in your website there is nothing that mentions the description of the dress …you should have described it that it is only the outer dress (the black) without the inner (light blue) I could have ordered both. Now I have to look for something to wear inside 😑

They sent me a free dress because the first one they sent had minor defect and I didn’t have to return the initial dress. Great customer service.

this is my second time purchasing a maxi dress for my wife from this brand, they are absolutely the best. The prioritised the shipping for my order and also helped finding the best size.

I recently wrote a review that reflected my initial experience of this company, but I am updating it because they came through in the end. Once it was determined that the dress was lost and never delivered to my home address, they offered to send a second dress to replace it, which is lovely.

I had the worst experience ever this year. The fabrics had the lowest quality I have ever seen.
Stacy the person responsible claimed that dresses above 150 USD each which have premium and better fabrics. The ones below 100 USD do not have that good qualities.
Honestly the price should not be an excuse…if Baublebye claim to have high quality, that should be despite the price.
They refused to refund my money and told me they will keep the money as credit for another purchase.
I will not purchase anything from them again.

I have been upgrading my wardrobe this year and I'm always have my eyes out for online stores that have luxurious pieces that won't break the bank.

I was so happy to come across Bauble Buy and I have not stopped buying from them since the start of the year!

I love their dresses the most!! They have such an amazing variety of dresses and I can't wait to go through all of them. The quality of the dresses are unmatched and even better in person.

She's always wanted to unbox a gorgeous box full of clothing on her holiday trip regardless if every piece fits perfectly or not.
I bought something specifically for her vacation and the box arrived beautifylly packed, making their clothing extra special. I also ordered some accessories, if nothing fits, then at least she would have accessories and a nice jacket.

I gifted her in our hotel room and with a bottle of wine. Everything fitted perfectly, she looked gorgeous next day wearing the Clara Dress! My wife asked for them and she's definitely gonna buy more pieces from them.

P.S. She was shocked by how much I could fit in my luggage bag.

Amazing customer service.. I am fan of their designer clothes section, I bought couple of dresses from them and the quality and finishing were as good as actual brand.

Delivery is an issue for sure but again the customer service always helps and the sizes are tricky it's not that you know your size once you purchase from them as usually other sites they have their own standard at Baublebuy I noticed that it depends more on the style that determine the size for me.

For sure a rebuy but with lots of preplanning
