Once again Matthew was prompt and efficient. His patience with someone who is not quick to learn technology was outstanding. I wouldn't have anyone else.

Just got my laptop back from having thermal paste renewed on cpu and graphics - great job phoned me before doing job to discuss and turnaround great.

Laptop was in a mess and I couldn't get the printer to work. I was desperate. I had contacted Bay Tech on a previous occasion and Matthew had got me out of trouble. This time was worse Laptop was very ill and needed a lot of help. Printer needed replacing. Bay Tech to the rescue. I am very happy with my new printer and a rejuvenated laptop. Matthew is reliable and very helpful. He's a real lifesaver....
