Matt was helpful and efficient

Matt was helpful, efficient and professional. He explained clearly what he could do to help with my computer problems and the cost. Later in the day he updated me and the following day promptly returned my computer fully working.

Absolutely brilliant

Matt literally saved my WFH days during the lockdown. I poured tea on the keyboard of my laptop. Matt came next day to pick up my Dell XPS 13 9360 ubuntu laptop and safely transfer all the files (phew...). While fixing this laptop, he quickly upgraded my 7 yo laptop (ubuntu 20 install, new battery, RAM, and SSD, all sourced at a really affordable price) so that I can keep working-- this old laptop was collecting dust but the upgrade makes it runs like new! With a skillful motherboard and keyboard replacement, now my tea-drowned laptop is up and running like before. Really helpful and great service throughout.

Bay-Tech Review

I have found Matt to be a very competent technical helper. He listens to explanations of problems, proposes solutions and explains what he is doing and how you can do some things yourself in future. He visits promptly and charges reasonable fees. I have no hesitation in recommending him highly.

First class service from beginning to end - would highly recommend

From start to finish Matthew was efficient, professional, knowledgable and extremely friendly and approachable. He was very patient, able to deal with my questions and queries about the work I needed doing and able to design exactly what I needed in a short timescale. Will definitely be contacting Matthew again with future work. Highly recommended.

Excellent service as ever from Matt

Excellent service as ever from Matt, coronavirus notwithstanding. After a short power cut, some of my devices would not work. By a range of means, including taking hold of my computer remotely, Matt got everything working again. A real asset to the Lancaster and Morecambe area.
