Charged half a day when I didn't have the car.
I picked the car up on Friday evening and returned 48 hours later on Sunday evening. However, I was charged for two and a half days for this two-day hire., and a full third day insurance. Furthermore, I am now bombarded with your advertising every time I use YouTube which is getting very annoying.

Our rentals are charged in 24-hour periods.
As your rental was collected at 12th of June and returned on 15th of June, it extended into the third rental day, so the charges are correct according to our rental terms.
Regarding the advertisements on platforms such as YouTube, if you prefer an ad-free experience, YouTube offers subscription options that remove advertisements.
