Seemless booking
Seemless booking. Great staff some of whom have worked there for over a decade ( that says something about the worth of the company). Even though I pitched up a the wrong location I was still sorted with car and on my way within minutes.
I have used NoBirds before and there is never any buggering about with “this add ons here and this additional charge there” - the price quoted was the price I paid and was by far the most competitive. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I would give 5 stars if not for lack (i didnt say NO) of customer friendliness during collection. Maybe it is just their way of doing things. Also when it indicate 2.5 suitcase, it means 1 L size suitcase.

Sydney Domestic Trip
The shuttle bus service was great. It picks you up from the airport and takes you straight to the depot. When you return your vehicle, the shuttle bus takes you back to the airport. They have a vast range of vehicles to choose from. The staff are efficient, and the vehicles are reasonably priced.

Ordered a hire vehicle from No Birds…
Ordered a hire vehicle from No Birds online after my car was involved in a minor crash. Collected the vehicle quickly and without hassle. Wasn't too impressed about having a vehicle with a fair amount of damage to it on the the driver's side and rear bonnet/bumper. Car was a Hyundai Venue which was, in all honesty terrible to drive (but not the fault of No Birds). Returning the vehicle was simple and I received my deposit within a reasonable amount of time.

ll the staff was kind and patient; they solved all my questions with a smile and warm treatment. The pick-up and drop-off process was very calm and quick. On top of that, the car was clean and great the price was also very good.
