Having recently purchasing an airsoft pistol as a newbie, I looked online for a nearby retailer and found that Bbguns4less were very local. I made a personal visit and was looked after very well. Was informed on which type of gas and pellets to use so that I could make an informed purchase. I would highly recommend Bbguns4less if you need anything airsoft related.

Nice gun g26 pistol full metal only the box was a bit open but the gun is really strong heavy cheap for 25$ working really good and its fun shooting targets like boxes paper and see if it can penetrate them fast delivery i reccomend!!!

I purchased a pair of bb guns for a very good price but I wanted something better so I purchased a galaxy g26 which is a much better gun more powerful and the company was brilliant in their advice and help would definitely recommend them to anyone

I’m a film maker, currently creating props and costume for a film based in the Ukraine war. I’ve found this place great for some of the required props and costume. Also my son lives airsoft, and fur both reason I’ve used this shop a fair bit. The lady I and my team have spoken to has been great helping us on more than one occasion. Bought 3 guns from here. All fantastic ! Spring rifles. Stand out is the sa80. Having served I know this weapon inside out. And this " replica " is fantastic. Good weight as well. 1:1 copy pretty much and for Penny's. The other 2 are also great 1:1 copy's. Can't fault them

Products are poor quality.

The seller Fabricates there own truths (Thankfully there are diligent buyers out there)

T&C’s are very poor. (screen shot everything you discuss with the seller)

Any issues communication should only be done by email (Save all Threads)

Clearly doesn’t understand broken equipment and the refunds scheme along with the consumers rights act. (to by which we mean this actually overrides poorly written T&C’s.)

Word of warning, if you purchase anything use a Credit Card. As you may need the insurance which thankfully we have got.

The seller will forcefully return parcels you actually do not want to delay refunds or claim they are not returned in time.

Terrible company for customer service and returns- go to extreme lengths to avoid giving you your money back for faulty goods - avoid!!!

Having bought a Viper pistol from you on the 10th January and paying by Pay-Pal it had not arrived on the 20th despite receiving an email telling me my payment had been successful and my order was being processed. It took over an hour trying to contact you on the phone before being told that it was the fault of MY bank.
No it wasn't, your computer system was at fault and finally a charming lady sorted it out for me Not impressed.

Purchased a gun forearm grip off this company which lasted half an hour of play and fell apart. Sent 4 emails now to ask what to do with the faulty product and never got any reply.

My advice…great if you buy a product and don’t have any problem but if you do you will not receive any customer service at all… stay well away and don’t buy from this company.
