We opted for the company through its association with Thomson’s Solicitors and the Unions.
We had to deal with them via email and post which presented problems on our side with limited technical ability and technical problems. With hindsight I wish they had advised us to use a local solicitor. As it was we had to use a local Solicitor for witnessing signatures and it seemed like we were doing most of the work with collating documents, completing forms and getting signatures witnessed.
Having said that, we got sound advice and were charged in accordance with their estimate. Things were completed relatively quickly.

I was informed throughout the process of buying my own home. The service I received was professional and efficient with all of my questions answered quickly. It was a really pleasant experience and I highly recommend.

The overall process was good, though the tools used to determine personal identity were, in my opinion, difficult to use, to say the least. Credas was the app you had to utilise, and it was flawed and kept crashing - not ideal if you are sharing very personal information.

A fantastic conveyancing service from Victoria and the team. Great communication throughout, fast responses and very clear explanations. Only reason its not 5 stars is because it was a slow move off the mark- the original contact and then follow up to get the conveyancing services started after contacting BBH took a few weeks and some chasing. Once up and running though the service was excellent and we were done within 8 weeks.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Could not fault service. Always available to answer questions or seek advice. Very attentive and quick working . We were selling a house and dealt with Helen. What a lovely lady she is . Fantastic service . Best I’ve had dealing with solicitors over the years . Will definitely use again.
