Poor Quality Service
Slow, unprofessional, expensive... Constantly blamed the busyness of the housing market for their inadequacies, despite clearly just taking on more work than they could handle.
Submitted a formal complaint, and never got a proper response - just the director calling and parroting the usual excuses I had already been given.
One of the receptionists even hung up the phone after I gave my name consistently. Both the estate agent and seller's solicitors were very fed up with them.
The typos in their emails were horrible, even on formal legally binding documents. Doesn't really fill me with any faith that they've put any thought into it whatsoever.
No updates were ever received unless I called. Emails rarely responded to. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
