Great stock and customer service

The beach balls are made of good quality material and measure accurately. Colorful website and business cards. Delivery was fast. I wrap the transparent balls with Christmas tree lights and hang from trees in our garden. It creates pretty outdoor lighting at night.

The beach ball had a small hole right when we got it. On the website it said 16 inch and the beach ball turned out to be much smaller.

I have made several orders from this company. My first order, about 12 beach balls, lasted for about a year of pool play. (We are a retirement community, using the pool for play about 2x/week for an hour, so the amount of time in the year isn't all that much.) I went ahead and made a second order, but we seemed to go "through" the balls much faster. I wrote and asked how long a ball should last, and the answer depended on the type of beach ball (manufacturer, etc.). So I sent a photo of some of the problem beach balls, and the company actually sent replacements for about half of them. So I give beachballs.com a 4 star review for service (mailing and customer satisfaction stuff). I am continuing to buy from them, as the price is pretty good (and the ones I purchased from Amazon were really spotty in quality), and the colors are beyond anything else I've found.

Pretty simple & straight forward. I needed beachballs and you had them at a good price. Nice that you can get certain color combinations too. I ll be getting more in the future.

I really hope you get some more 24' inch Pink, Yellow & Blue Beachballs. They are my favorite.
