Marian D is great, he was very understanding on the phone and helped me sign up to my life insurance policy
Spoke to Lisa today who talked me through everything I needed to know, very knowlegable on policies and all the extras that come with the policy. Supoer freidndly too!
Highly recomended
They acquire phone numbers from an unknown source and attempt cold-calling. They called too many times. I told them to stop calling me but they didn’t remove my number from their contact list. This is irritating.

Abdul was brilliant, 5 stars to him.
Rating 4 stars because he had to fix a previous mistake by someone else which is annoying, I had 2 policies at the same time. But Abdul was great, an excellent example of customer service
Stuart has been very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me ste up the insurance in no time
I wanted to opt out deu to personal reasons. I had the honour to speak to Mr. Marcus whom was very professional and kind. He answered all my questions and gave me great advice! Excellent customer service!!
Thanks Marcus! You're a star!!
Great service - I spoke to Abdul, who was very polite and professional. He arranged the right level of cover for me without trying to sell me anything I didn't need. Everything was sorted within twenty minutes 👍
Abdul and Violeta provided 5 star service.
Received today great customer service from Violeta and Abdul.
Very helpful and polite. Thank you both.
Hopefully I will receive the same level of service and efficiency in case I would need to make a claim with Beagle.
Abdul was a very helpful and efficient telephone customer advisor. He was patient and kind when going through the life insurance questions.
They changed their name appearing on direct debits without warning so I cancelled the direct debit.
Then received an email a week later stating they're changing their name and to lookout for the new name on bank details.
To reinstate it I jumped through endless hoops, answering 10 security questions via email to get a "thanks for answering those correctly, to reinstate it call this number" absolute waste of time to just reinstate the direct debit. I replied stating I'd like to cancel the policy instead and received no reply, this was one month ago. Customer service is appalling. Avoid this company

Excellent service received from Abdul and Stuart in sorting out my life insurance. I asked for a call back and I was called back at that time. Very friendly and efficient
Marion was brilliant today.
Was very helpful and very clear on what insurance I was taking out to understand if that insurance was right for me.
Lisa was very helpful today, answering my enquiry about the DD date of payment for a policy. Very professional and friendly. Thank you very much :)
Stewart/ Stuart was lovely. Really helpful and explained everything to me. Updated my policy for and made me feel at ease.
Discriminatory practices against people who take care of their mental health.
If you have suffered from even mild problems.that don't impact your life, because you manage them well, this company will not cover you.
Responding to reply: yes, you absolutely do discriminate based on mental health. Despite the fact that I am stable in all aspects of my life, I am unable to get life Insurance coverage specifically because I got treatment for my PMDD in September. Your company considers me 'mentally unstable' due to this and will now not cover me for a year. That's your policy. It is harmful and punishes people who do the right thing and look after their health.
I have written an email to them about this. If they decide to be fair and reasonable I will change this review and recommend them to everyone.
As it is, I cannot recommend a company that treats people doing everything right this badly.

Good service.
Had a chat with Samy on the phone .Nice genuine lad ,he was were helpful .
Received a call to check I was happy with my policy and if any issues. I had some issues accessing my online log in to view the policy documents however Abdul was really helpful and patient in getting me logged in in no time. This is my first correspondence with Beagle Street since taking out the policy online and I'm very happy I have chosen to use their services due to the exceptional service.
I got a quote for life insurance ahead of buying my first house. Owing to a bug on the website I called up Beagle Street on Aug 1st to continue the application. Despite my application reading "Miss" she kept pointedly calling me "Mr" and incorrectly claiming she had to. Her behaviour was both rude and violated the Equality Act. I did not expect someone from Beagle Street to be so poorly trained or behaved. I meant to write a complaint at the time but I was busy completing paperwork for the house. I completed an application LV= instead with no issues at all.
