This is a complete scam! I paid for a 3 year contract. I received a couple of emails initially with some research about my website. But, my goal was to get more views on my website. I saw no sign of this, and as soon as I asked a question about it, the correspondence was stopped. I have sent several emails including two refund inquiries so far with no response at all. They have already closed their website as well. When I signed up, I saw more than 4 stars on Trustpilot which convinced me to contract with them. I don't know how they could have listed such positive perjury for years.

100% FRAUD. TOOK MY MONEY AND I GOT NOTHING. NO CONTACT WHATSOEVER. TOTALY A FRAUD.

Unfortunately it is just a scam, once you pay, you won’t get a reply. I’ve asked for a refund a few months back and still have had no reply. Please don’t use this company as I’ve seen other reviews and have seen I’m not the only one. Use a more professional service.

Megan from this company was a total scam. I email her back and forth for 4 months. She was playing games. She did nothing for my site and when I asked for my refund back, she dragged her foot and eventually just disappeared. She had 4 months to undo the damage that she did when she took my $83. I trusted her. What a mistake. She sold her integrity for $83. She wouldn't even honor her own 100% guaranteed policy.

After the last review, they contacted me via email and said they will refund my money and give me 1 year of free service. I do not want their free service. All I want at this point is to receive my refund.

I totally agree with all the bad reviews of this company. They absolutely terrible at their communication and hardly ever respond to my emails, which is the only way you can contact them. On top of that, nothing changed with my SEO in a YEAR of me paying for their “service”. I don’t know what they’re doing with their time, but it’s definitely not helpful. I also have a recent charge on my credit card for another year of “service” even after I asked to cancel! 😡

Here I am AGAIN, writing another bad review. I was being ignored for a while from all my emails by BeAkira until I wrote a bad review. I was then contacted and apologized to and was told “Katie” was no longer with their team and that they would look at all my info and help me out and they would stay in contact with me in the future, which is the service I originally paid for…. This was about 3 months ago and let’s just say I haven’t heard from them since. I did however receive ANOTHER email from KATIE on my website, with trying to get my business with their services… which I ALREADY have… I have sent out multiple emails to their team about this and no answer. If I get ignored, I write bad reviews… simple as that!

Scam. Was promised that traffic to my website would be improved or I'd get my money back. Neither thing has happened.

I purchased this and it is a scam. The company responded up to their 7 day mark and have yet to respond since. They did not provide the final report or any custom reports requested or provide helpful information on how to get higher in SEO rankings. I have requested many times to ensure my account is cancelled and they do not respond. Do not buy anything from this company.

Same happened with me. They charged my card without my notice and there is no way to cancel subscription. Even they didn't work anything as per the services they mentioned. They just provide auto generated Lengthy SEO reports with no significant progress.

I am waiting for my refund since more than 1 month and no body reply.

BE AWARE OF THIS GUYS...

Beakira has delivered. It's been 8 months since I hired them and it takes time so you have to be patient. I've monitored my organic rank vs. pay per click for 5 years before I ever hired Beakira even though I've never done any SEO for organic traffic. Now, it's gone from 20 percent to 42 percent and now to 73 percent organic traffic in relation to pay per click traffic even though I've increased my pay per click spend by 30 percent over the past 6 months. The first jump in organic traffic took about 4 months as measured by a third party website. There is no question whatsoever that Beakira is responsible for the increased organic traffic results my website has experienced as its the only SEO I've ever done. And, the organic traffic increase seems to have reduced my pay per click costs as well. Beakira has a link for a once a month request to get a monthly rankings report and sometimes you have to make a second request a week later, but for the money the results are great. The monthly rankings report does not tell you the whole story rather it's the increase in organic traffic that is most impressive. I suggest avoiding emailing them as they are doers and not talkers and are not top heavy with customer service.

I did my best to give this company a chance, and I rarely write negative reviews. However, I'm finally left with no choice.

Several months ago after countless of my emails were left unanswered, I wrote my initial negative review of BeAkira on TrustPilot and requested a refund. However, someone from their company contacted me immediately, and we agreed to continue working together.

Unfortunately, that attempt failed. In the last 2.5 months since that communication to try working together again, NO ONE at BeAkira has EVEN STARTED working on my website. None of my emails ever got answered, and I still, to this day, don't know who I'm supposed to be working with. I did everything to contact them by email and their website to no avail. Ironically, they were extremely quick to respond to my negative review, but it was impossible to get a hold of them after. We'll see if the same repeats itself now.

Something is systemically wrong at BeAkira. They either have too many clients, or not enough staff, or maybe it's a combination of both. But in the 1+ year I've worked with them, they've maybe responded to 5% of my emails, and my results have been sub par.

Therefore, I cannot recommend this company and will be seeking SEO services elsewhere.

I paid for Beakira's service back in March, to start my Shopify business. In around late April, I was told the process of getting my site to the top page is active, so I was expecting sales to come in.

Nothing happened, my site barely got any views daily, I only received more "advertising" messages through my contact form from other businesses promoting themselves to "get your site to the top".

I then contacted Beakira, explaining that nothing is happening to my site, and I'd like to receive a refund.

They told me they'll send one, so I was expecting it, this was back in late August.
it is now November and I never received my money back.
I've contacted them several times when waiting for the refund and never received a response from them again.

THANKS BECAUSE OF YOU, I have wasted ALMOST a whole year trying to get a business running and NOTHING HAPPENED. A COMPLETE waste of time.

I would leave 0 stars if I could, it's an absolute scam service, and won't do anything to your website. DON'T TRUST THEM, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

Noawadays SEO and the whole internet marketing thing are an essential part of a promotion strategy and what is equally as important is a low price that kinda gives you more bang for the buck. And that's totally where Beakira fits the mould.

They were great and easy to understand. Keep me updated in sequential steps explaining in laymen terms what was happening, what had been happening and what was going to happen next. I was never out of the loop. That's important.

They helped me to understand their process and how to sit back and basically watch it all happen as they got on with the job in hand. And that job was in no uncertain terms to get me more customers.

They focussed on improving my positions and more importantly my conversions. Which did improve substancially directly as a result of their promotion services.

Patience patience patience.

The best things in life come to those who wait and beakira didn't make me wait long. They sent me updated reports and work analysis updates every week and followed up by a ranking report showing me some great 1st page placements. I stuck around for the 2nd and 3rd ranking reports and placements just increased and increased.

I'm a small business owner in it for the long haul and I gave beakira the space and patience needed like with any marketing campaign, to truly reach the best placements.

Any small business owner worth his salt knows this and I'm really pleased with their work, updates and attitude to making my website a success.
