This is my second negative review since It seems originally that a negative review was the only way to get a reply from the company.

With my first review they contacted me and stated that emails had not gone through and that is why I had not heard from them. They refunded me the money, apologized and offered to work on my website regardless and it was up to me to renew next year. They asked me to take down my review since they were refunding me and I did.

Now here we are again, countless emails later after "Lucy" requested access to my website for a second time (since the first time was when all the emails 'did not go through ' as they said) and I sent it and nothing else has been done. The access request wasn't even accepted for my website Healing Plants Miami.

Super disappointed as I was hoping they would actually do what the other good review say they did. Now I don't trust them to give them access.

Fantastical price for a fantastic start to finish PAGE ONE service. Was planning on buying for ages and got round to it a couple of weeks ago. Since then I have been BLOWN AWAY by the rankings they have generated for my business.

Hey this was a amazing promotion for the cost.

I will put a good word in for them anytime. They are nice and not jerks like other companies I could mention. Amazing value for money at the end of the day for the work done and ROI was huge. Worked out ten-fold.

Very happy with all the work they did on my website. Traffic increased 10 fold in a relatively short period of time in what I class a relatively competitive field.....and they did it all faster than I've seen any other company. Emailing support is always fast. Sometimes they can give me an answer immediately and sometimes when its a lot more complex they take a few hours to get me the right answers.

I've worked with other companies that take forever to do anything and this certainly wasn't the case here as I got my first updates within 2 days of signing up.

If there is one thing they could improve on I would say is that they should offer a more expensive plan that maybe adds development in there, but as they told me they are focused totally on marketing and getting sites to the top of the search engines. Development work is for development companies and so they focus on what they do best.

All in all I've been extremely satisfied with all elements of the promotion. It certainly delivered the results and I gave them the time they needed to get the job done well.....and it really wasn't long at all.

Terrible communications and lots of unfulfilled promises. Looks like a reporting company rather than what they purport to be.

Did a good job for my business/website. Already recommend to countless others. And yep I am verified as a customer by Trustpilot and yep 5 stars.

I contacted Beakira for my website and got an email reply back within a few hours....they talked me through the process.....and I got regular email updates advising the progress of my website and have also received my final report and have to say I am very very happy with the results so far. I cannot recommend them enough and as you can see I am a fully verified purchaser.

I was recently a customer and totally impressed by the people supporting my campaign. In 3-2-1 their vision for my marketing campaign went ahead and I was pleased no end with the step by step e-mail updates. I certainly could not have done it myself and was more than worth the money.

Went with them and absolutely NOT disappointed at all with the friendliness of support and speed and accuracy of the reports and all analysis. After I bought I was very pleased to see work undertaken speedily and in 2 days they had a full featured analysis of everything needed to be done. Really it just went from there step after step and on PAGE ONE!!

I made my very first sale straight after that and since have been adding new products and product lines, whilst keeping my rep at Beakira updated on everything going on. Each time they add in the way to get those products visitors as well.

For me as a small business owner this was certainly the guiding light that helped me to understand the complexities of marketing a website on the internet.

Customer support has been outstanding in my experience and the increased traffic has pretty much kept us in business.

Supremely impressed by Beakira and all results achieved for my 3 stores. When I became a customer a few months ago they offered me a special deal of buy one website and get the second free. I took the offer and in the end added 1 self built site I had and then 3 of my website stores. I was impressed with the speed of Customer Support in answering my emails both before and more importantly AFTER buying. Whether it was Sunday night or a weekday morning they got back to me quickly and accurately.

The whole thing from the setup is hands off, and they just got in with the job and sent me updates and reports when they said they would. I also request a few ad hoc reports on a couple of sites so I could get a feel on how things had progressed and again they delivered.

For the price I paid, and for what I got in terms of tangible results to new sales they simply cannot be faulted. It's a fast, breezy process that got my sites from A (no sales before I joined them) to B (a significant increase in sales) after a few weeks.

I originally had posted a negative review for Beakira. I had come to find out there was a miscommunication and an email did not get received by myself. I spoke to Lucy ( Who actually is very personable and professional in her job) and the right avenues were taken and the correct email was resent. While there has been a slight delay with the process, I am very pleased with the way business has been handled. Lucy provided the spreadsheet with the rankings on it and it’s safe to say that this will continue to better my company.
I can 100% confirm that this company is legit and not a scam.

Just had my results report through, and Rebecca did a superb job of making sure my rankings where for all the keywords I requested at the start. The report was huge and accidentally hit my yahoo junk folder but after chasing it up with the beakira support guys I double-checked my junk folder and it had been incorrectly filtered which taught me a lesson not to use a free email account. Rebecca was helpful at every stage and made sure she helped me not only get the results I wanted but helped me locate my report. I felt a little silly but she was so kind. I now understand why they are so cheap and its due to client retention because I will certainly be staying with this service for years to come.

Also wanted to mention that Lucy went above and beyond as well as it did Thomas. Couldn't have hoped for a better team support my business and website.
