He quickly understood the issues we were experiencing, dealt with them efficiently, answered any questions I had, and ensured everything was working as expected before he left. coffee machine purchase

We’ve just set up our coffee machine package with Scott and the experience has been excellent from start to finish.

Scott was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, worked with us to tailor the package to our needs, and genuinely went above and beyond to get us the best possible deal.

Nothing felt rushed or pushed ;just honest advice and great service. He also managed to secure us a fantastic package with added value, which we really appreciated.

Highly recommend working with Scott if you’re setting up a café or upgrading your equipment. A smooth, stress-free experience all round.

Customer service is incredible

Customer service is incredible. Hats off to Tara from the CS team who really looked after us.

Special shout out to Paul the installer, super patient, very polite and did a fabulous job installing the machine.

Thank you BeanMachines. We know where to go if we need anything machine related.

Don’t go with beanmachine

The company only wants to take your money and then not interested . Having the machine for a month and still not set correctly
I would not advise to choose Franke machine via Beanmachines

Fast delivery, not fresh

The coffee beans were delivered very quickly, however I was very disappointed with the freshness of the roast - the pack recommended best before was end of January yet they were delivered to me on the 20th February.

After looking into this, we can see that our warehouse team unfortunately missed the sample-size items and, more importantly, that the coffee you received did not meet the freshness standard we expect. That’s on us, and it’s not the experience we want any customer to have.
We’d really like to put this right. We will send you a freshly roasted, full-size replacement at no cost.

This is the second time my order has…

This is the second time my order has been delayed. Some constructive feedback: why can't you inform the customer when their order is delayed? It's only when I chase that I receive a response.
