My third trip to The Bear Garden for a Steiff teddy for my newest grandchild. The selection is wonderful and I chose another different teddy as a lovely keepsake. The staff were welcoming and helpful and my gift was wrapped with care. Thank you.

Ordering was so easy because the website is clearly laid out. I bought a steiff rabbit and paid a bit extra for the steiff box. It was well worth paying the bit extra because it was absolutely beautifully wrapped. The package that was posted to me was so safely wrapped that it arrived very quickly in perfect condition. This is the second time I have ordered from the bear garden and it won’t be the last. The first time I ordered it was over the phone. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

Bear fits the bill as a gift, who doesn't like a bear? Best value I could find and within budget.

Carrier used was Royal Mail, who, unlike competitors, do have a tracking system and if you are not at home for delivery you can redirect it for collection.

Looking here first should the need arrive for more soft animals.
