I’m so happy I found BearHugs! I’ve used it a few times now - each time it’s been really easy to put together the gifts and the recipients have loved them! Although the pre-made gifts are already great, I love being able to make your own gift so I can personalise it and there is such a lovely selection to choose from. It’s such a brilliant and wonderful idea, so I would definitely recommend it to anyone hoping so send a really thoughtful gift.

Found BearHugs on Etsy when purchasing a last minute Christmas gift and discovered ready-to-go BearHug hampers, which I used to surprise my cousin going through cancer treatment. It was very well received and both gifts were delivered so quickly considering how late into the holiday season I had ordered. Couldn't really fault their service & would highly recommend.

What a beautiful company. I accidentally put the wrong shipping address in when placing my order. Faye responded so quickly and happily fixed this on my order. The messages are so supportive and really take into account that their customers may be experiencing a difficult time.

I found this website when looking for something to send my friend in the UK ( I live in Spain) who needed some cheering up. I found a lovely selection of gifts but in the end decided on making a custom box. The recipient was so touched. Great service, value for money and a great way to show you care when you can't be there in person.

I’m so happy this company exists! I was able to send a lovely, customized care package to my sister abroad when I couldn’t be physically present to support her. I forgot to add a gift message and Faye was able to help me right away to update my order. My sister loves all the items included and continues to express how special they are! She also ate her treats immediately and with joy! The packaging itself and the options to add special touches like confetti and a surprise message at the bottom of the box is just too cute and definitely made my care package feel very personal. Highly recommend!

Great idea, great box full of goodies and exceptional customer service, needed to delay sending the hug in a box to my best friend until a certain date, it wasn’t a problem at all and my friend absolutely loved her hug!
