The staff at the bar in Chelmsford including the manager are terrible! So rude, I was served the wrong drink when ordering a mojito (completely sober btw) and the bar tender made it with dark rum which I do not like. Upon requesting for it to kindly be changed the bar tender ignores me which I was not happy with. The manager decided to kick me out and not hear my story. Horrible man I would stay clear of this place.

At Be at One Bournemouth, the “manager” (big man with a beard and looking miserable) extremely rude to a friend who speaks little English, my friend asked about the drink deals and the answer was shouting that the deal was only for “industry” workers, not even letting my friend explain himself in his broken English, my friend only wanted to know what offers they had, the treatment was horrendous on his part, which is sad for the place since the rest of the workers tried to apologize for the guy, even the security apologized for how rude the supposed "manager" was

I was banned and told to go by security and told never to come back all because I use to date a bartender named Yu kuriki he used played with my feelings then left me pregnant with his baby this is be at one angle Islington.

Was way overcharged for drinks purchased. Was told to contact another time as couldn’t be resolved on the night, emailed and was told someone would contact me within 5-7 days. Those days passed, and nothing, contacted again and was told two days in a row that issue was escalated and someone would contact me. Again nothing, so emailed again and now no one is replying to emails. Sick of chasing this up, i was over charged for drinks and simply wanted a refund! Now I want to make this complaint official as the service has been so so poor from all concerned. I’ve also forwarded this to the head office email. Look forwards to hearing something very very soon!

Came to the O2 - Really friendly staff, great service, food was lovely and good value for money

refused entry in to the Russel street branch for no apparent reason , the doorman had an awful attitude as did the manager who I complained to the next day. This will be our last visit to any Be at one which is a shame as up until now we have had good evenings

Sam is wonderful! He’s charismatic and professional, I would recommend Be At One to anyone visiting the North!

Unfortunately, the customer experience at Be At One Berkeley was awful. The staff was rude from the security to the bar. My friend was refused entry on the basis that he was a single man when others were let in before him - it might have to coincide with the fact that he is a single Indian man. When we went to security to let them know that he was with us (and we had a booking), they still refused to let him in on the basis that he was abusive, but he did not insult any of the security staff. I am not setting foot in this establishment (and its branches) ever again.

Music wasn’t too bad. How I got charged £25 for 2 drinks I’ll never know. Seems the staff are earning their bit on the side.

Shocking experience, the door personnel shoved me out of the barriers when I tried to enter. As there was no queue with it being mid day, I unhooked the barrier to walk through, and instead of the door man asking me if there’s a reason I did that, he instead grabbed me and shoved me out of the barrier and when I asked him to stop touching me, he grabbed me again. I had been out with friend for lunch and was heading back to the train station.. when speaking to the manager he concluded that because I jumped the queue that gave the door man the right to touch me.. Very inexperienced manager, it’s common assault to touch someone without their say and I have followed this up with the police. Because of the inexperienced door staff and manager, they failed to see that I am pregnant and out for food with friends. After speaking with the manager over the phone, he insisted we don’t speak, just email so we have a paper trail.. What more worrying is that he thought it was acceptable and has not once attempted to apologise.

Always a great night out, no matter what city you’re in.

My cousin enquired about hiring a room at be at one Liverpool Street and they told her her DJ could only play commercial music. We found this a little confusing and asked specially if we could play bashment and afrobeats and we were told no.

Play what you want to play for your audience, but to police what a paying customer is going to play in a private room is total madness.

We shall not be entering this establishment again.

Was an okay night however I had a horrible experience regarding a member of staff who physically hurt me, I did email over an enquiry however it’s nearly been two weeks and no response…. had this been followed up I probably would have had a better experience.

Always a great night out...drinks poured to perfection, charismatic and friendly bartenders who are always smiling, awesome music and an excellent party atmosphere! Honestly - can't recommend it enough for a night out!

Be at One Islington not only have amazing staff members but they most definitely have fabulous drinks. I would like to highlight how Miles, Chiara and Lara went above and beyond to make me and my friend feel comfortable. We really had a good time and I also loved the fact that they still made us feel welcomed all right through the end of their shift. I will definitely be attending this bar branch in Islington again.

Well done Be at One for hiring superstars. They definitely deserve to get their flowers.

London, Camden branch! I ordered the Candy pants cocktail. The bartender made my cocktail in front of me, only filling up half a cup that was already full of ice, he then topped it with more ice and he didn’t put any vodka in the cocktail that clearly states it comes with vodka. I asked him and he lied and said he did! I was standing there watching him make it the whole time, Plus upon taste there was no alcohol in my drink. This was the first drink that I had (It was literally two sips of disappointing juice!) To top it off! I then see another customer order the same drink as me and their drink come with a vodka shot beside the glass to pour in, so why was mine different? I definitely wouldn’t go back or recommend to anyone! Don’t waste your money! It’s terrible service, and watch your drinks as there being made
