Have always been extremely professional and responsive to fix any issue I have.

Boiler replacement, rehanging radiators, smart heating installation and leaking sink repair.

The team at Beatrix helped me, offering no nonsense advice/ options to fix what had been a slow leak in my bathroom. Bathroom fixed in a day, including retitling and a partial rebuild of a wall. Looks like new.

Fantastic service. Called Beatrix Home when I discovered a wet patch on the ceiling from a bathroom leak above. I was helped straight away and the problem was sorted that day. So relieved and thankful. Was so impressed both with the service over the phone and the plumbing specialist who came that afternoon.

From the initial quote to the finalised works everything was professionally handled. Tommy our plumber, who was very polite and friendly, arrived on time to install our new shower door yesterday. From start to finish he was very tidy and professional even going so far as to put mats over the hoover flex, whilst he was clearing up, to ensure that nobody would trip over them. We would definitely use Beatrix Home again as they have proved themselves to be a very reliable and customer focussed Company.

Beatrix detected and fix a leak from a gas fire. The pipe was difficult to access, and some wooden flooring had to be removed. The work was carried out neatly so that the floorboards could be replaced. The team was helpful and professional throughout, and found creative solutions to some tricky problems. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

I didn't catch the engineer's name who came to service my boiler but the whole experience was great. Very thorough (much more convincing than some of the other services I've had in the past), neat/tidy, polite and efficient. He arrived on time, did all the necessary checks and gave me some good advice to maintain the boiler, after confirming everything was safe to use.

We needed a boiler service and Beatrix were easy to book, arrived on time and carried out the job promptly. Gave the boiler a clean bill of health, keeping us updated during the job and even took off their shoes coming in and out of the house. Will definitely use them again.

I used Beatrix for a gas safety certificate. Jack was the person who attended and he also helped to fix my radiator and reseal the kitchen top. Jack was incredibly helpful and friendly. The costs were very reasonable and straight forward. Also very clear communication from Chloe to plan the appointment. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
