I received the box for Christmas. It's a luxury experience from the time to start to unbox to actually using it. The quality is top notch. Some issues are not being able to fit brushes that are larger and no space for an average size eyeshadow pallete. However if you're willing to invest in travel size brushes and palletes then that could be resolved. Customer service via the chat feature is helpful and friendly and answered my questions about the tote for the box.
I was looking to purchase the tote to protect the box which is supposed to travel well but the downside there is that the tote doesn't stay on the luggage. There's no trolley pass through so you're forced to dedicate half of your carryon to it or tote it which in my opinion, works against the travel friendly selling point. BUT ill make it work for the light features. Hopefully they will add this minor upgrade and make the Beautifect experience even better.

I have to say that my 5 star experience is primarily due to customer service. While the product wasn't exactly to my wife's liking as a christmas present (it was very nice, high quality, but slightly heavy for the way in which she would have used it), my experience with their customer service team could not have been easier and more pleasant. Emma was great, so thank you Beautifect team! Keep up the good work!

Pros: beautiful packaging I love the mirror it lights up different shades and effects. I can see my makeup clearly no matter where I go.The compartments are great and I love how it snaps shut with a cleaning cloth for of the mirror gets scuzzy. TSA and their negligent mischief can't riot your makeup which is fantastic.

Come: . My brushes don't fit when I try to close it. I have to remove my fluffy powder brush. The case is Rock solid hard so when I travel it takes up alot of room in the suitcase with no give. My eye shadow pallets? Forget it I have to leave it or pack it another place.

Conclusion: this case is for ladies who really dont do the works when it comes to make up. For those of us that need brushes,pallets,lashes,lash curlers, a range of brushes, better off skipping this one. For this price I expected more. My suggestion is to get a cheaper bag that actually fits all your makeup that's soft and packable, then buy a travel mirror for like 100 bucks.

This is the perfect makeup case I'v ever had. It is my portable dressing table especially when I am traveling and having poor hotel lighting. Many thanks!

Responding to their comment below - I have got in touch with Customer Services - it hasn't been sorted out to my satisfaction - hence the comments below. That is just a meaningless platitude meant to make them look more helpful than they are.

It gets worse - I have an email from customer services telling me to jump through lots of time consuming hoops including using a different cable (I have used the one they sent with the box!), charging it all night (I have already done that) filming the box on charge, and filming it not working, and emailing them that....why would I say it wouldn't work if it did? This is just creating hassle for me. And the response is to create more hassle instead of offer a quick solution. Don't order if you want actual assistance if you have a problem with their product. I now have to film a non-functional plastic box to get my money back.............ludicrous.

Packed up after a few weeks which means I now have to go to hassle/inconvenience of returning. Really annoying for something so expensive.

The Beautifect Box is gorgeous and feels luxurious. Seems to last forever on a charge. Holds just enough so it's curated and not cluttered. I don't even travel a lot but I love that I have everything I need to get ready anywhere in the house or even in the car. As a person who wears glasses I like to get right up into the lighted mirror so I decided to add the round stand alone to my bureau. I had a little trouble with a discount code so I sent a message to customer service. They were phenomenal. Kind, patient and creative in solving my issue. The glow mirror is actually amazing. The clarity of the glass is phenomenal and the light is super bright. Could not recommend enough. I have a cheap Amazon vanity mirror and the glow mirror is much higher in build quality and performance no comparison whatsoever. The vanity bag is a perfect size and looks so good, Next on my list is the Beauitfect Box for sure. Great products from this company.

Wow I’ve been looking for a mirror to do my make up in for around a month or so now and when I came across Beautifect new release of their glow mirror I had to order it. And wow, what a mirror. It’s amazing, it’s impeccably clear, the 3 different adjustable (dim to bright) lights, it’s super easy to control and the magnifying mirror is something else!! Beautifect make up case. What can I say? Firstly you need this in your life.
Used daily at home, travelling with work, from 5 star holiday hotel to 5 star camping (yes me in a tent lol). No more thinking about what make up to take, just pick up and go.
