With regards the the glow Murrow I purchased it is game changer! Can’t believe I wasted so much struggling in bad light to do my makeup!!

I tried other brands but I decided to keep Beautifect’s mirror as it had the clearest and best magnifying size that suited my needs.

I added the 10x small mirror that can be attached with the inbuilt magnet which means you get the best of both worlds and of course couldn’t leave out the portable handbag light up version for on the go!

I had an issue with one of the mirrors I bought from Beatifect and have been hugely impressed with how Emma in customer service dealt with it. She went above and beyond to understand the issue, investigate the cause and make it right. Exemplary customer service - I will now recommend this company and their products to everyone I know!

Bought this thinking it would be something different. Unfortunately its no different to another product I bought from Amazon that cost me around £39!! Wouldn't recommend, you are just paying for the name and nothing else. Also I did ask first what made theirs different on the live chat from others and was given a host of reasons, when the box arrived however these points where not of value and as I say I could of got a good box from around £149. Its simply not unique and many other companies are selling this now.

Hugely impressed with the customer service from Heather I ordered the tote bag from Boots and they managed to put the order through twice so I had to return one. The return was made so simple. I have I am a huge fan of Beautifect products. The large case is fantastic for travel and the mirrors inside are just the best it’s well worth paying the extra because the quality of everything is superb.

It’s poorly made, cheap and horrible. It keeps falling backward ( mirror is heavier than box it’s attached), light is weak

I have ordered numerous Beautifect boxes, they are incredible. I sent one as a gift to my Goddaughter in London and managed to send it to her former address. I couldn't contact the delivery company but Beautifect contacted them and organised everything for me. I am impressed and very grateful.

Ordered the Glow Compact along with the Beautifect pouch in readiness for my foreign travels. Wow!! The compact is amazing. Lovely to look at and hold and the lighting is perfect for the whole face including eye make up which requires more precision. I was concerned that the magnification may not be strong enough, but I was wrong. Such quality …. beautifully clear mirror with variable lighting and a lovely protective case too. I love the way the light automatically switches off when the mirror is popped into its case! The pouch I purchased is also lovely quality and perfect for popping in my handbag. Have put both items away, resisting using them before my holiday. So impressed I’ve now ordered the make up brushes and a mirror for my dressing table is now on my birthday list. Last but not least, fabulous customer service - prompt and friendly. Thank you Beautifect!!

I had an issue with my mirror because it stopped charging. As I had had it less than a year I contacted the company. I then returned it at their request and I am now receiving a replacement. They dealt with my issue very promptly and courteously.

Thank you for helping to quickly rectify my issue. Love the brand and will always look at new products. My eye is already on the light face mask! Emma was very helpful and felt like a very personal service.

Amazing products bought a beautifect box for my wife she was super excited and said the quality is super luxury. Customer service was amazing. Really fast shipping. Would definitely recommend.

How on earth can you pay this much money and the clasp that keeps it shut is cracking from the bottom up so I’m afraid it’s going to crack right up rendering it useless. I’ve been incredibly careful not to overload products (hard because it’s not that big) into it but I’m so gutted about it. 😥🥴

My mirror arrived last week, great size and lighting HOWEVER the small magnetic mirror does not adhere to the large round mirror. No magnet I feel inside my mirror. I have tried several times to contact Beautifect-they are only open Mon-Fri but no response! Not good service, no phone number so I can get this solved asap. Hoping they will reach out soon, & I can get this sorted out, seems customers have to do all the running around(so time consuming, when a simple phone call would fix) otherwise I'll let my creditcard company know to reverse payment for product not performing.

I had an issue with a Beautifect makeup box, and dealt with Becky from customer services. She resolved the issue almost immediately; her response to my initial and subsequent e-mails was very prompt and informative. I only wish other Companies could emulate Beautifect's customer services, it was by far the best service I have had dealing with companies for years.

An absolutely fabulous product , has improved my skin so much to the point I would never want to be without it ! What excellent customer service from Emma , I would have no hesitation in recommending Beautifect to anyone . Thank you 🤩

I absolutely love this make up box, but the mirror smashed in my suitcase. Assumed it was down to heavy handed staff. Bought another, this time, I wrapped it in bubble wrap but it’s smashed again. So beware it is not using for holidays, when I really need it.
Love it for everyday use though
