The build quality of all the Beautifect items is great. I've never had any problems with anything I've bought from them, but did manage to misplace my Beautifect mini strap, Emma from customer services managed to rectify the situation for me. Beautifect definitely go the extra mile!

Great product and fantastic customer service

As I tend to write reviews when I’m unimpressed with a company… time to do the opposite
I’d been thinking about one of these lighted mirrors for a while and decided to bite the bullet last week
The mirror arrived the very next day and is absolutely beautiful- I love it. Really quality product and well worth the money
I got in touch with customer service as I couldn’t initially get the mini magnifying mirror to attach to the big mirror. Rapid response and sorted and in contrast to my recent experience with another company so polite and kind
My only regret is not having bought one earlier!!

I recently received my glow flex zoom mirror and it arrived chipped much to my horror.
I contacted the team and received amazing customer service from Heather she apologised and promptly arranged a replacement.
This is how customer service should be from a company.
The mirror itself is a great product and I'd recommend it to any of my friends who need a good mirror for applying makeup.

Again, this company outdid itself! Warranty issue was taken care promptly and with the most courteous customer service representatives. Emma was outstanding and very responsive to my emails. I will only look for my future beauty products from this company! Excellent!

Excellent quality and customer service but magnifying mirror not big enough or strong enough should be 10 not 5. Also it would of been nice to of had the base weighted slightly to balance the tilt of the mirror because even with makeup and brushes in it can still be unbalanced

I have several items now, all brilliant and you get what you pay for. Customer support is also fantastic. They have been so quick to respond and resolve a small problem with me. Easy to recommend for variety and quality, as well as a caring team behind the scenes post sale (a nod to Emma!).

I have the Beautifect Box and the Mini and they are both amazing and make travel so much easier. I recently ordered the new mirror compact and the 3rd party distributor had packed it badly so the mirror arrived cracked. Emma has been amazing, she asked me to send photos which i did and within 24 hours a replacement is on its way to me. I'm really impressed with the Customer Service as well as the products.

Where is their website, I am trying to return the 'Beauty' box, it said website down! this small box looks great on a website but when it arrived today it's a small box' that cost £299.00 ( Not Cheap) but definitely not worth it, I just want to send it back for a full refund

The make up box is absolutely a genius creation. It keeps Makeup organized and clean. It also makes doing my make up and all kinds of places, much easier as opposed to carrying a pouch. It feels so luxurious and makes every time I do my make up so special, especially with how bright the mirror is, and just how beautiful the interior of the box is. It’s a five star product. I am so happy. I found it. I’m buying it for all of my daughters!

I contacted customer service for an update on the shipping status of my recent order. I was told that my order was delivered but it actually wasn't. Emma at customer service assisted me and opened an investigation with the 3rd party shipping company. At the same time, she dispatched a replacement order to be sent to me while the investigation is underway. This is the quality of customer service I expect from a great company.

I used a lighted makeup mirror for several years that worked well for me. The problem was the mirror and all my makeup were situated in my guest bedroom. Every time company came it was an inconvenience to move everything to where there was space and a plug. The Beautifect Box solved that problem beautifully. I love the portability, to be able to use it anywhere and to have all my makeup organized in one place. The case is well made and extremely functional. For me it was a purchase well worth the money. On another note, Emma provided wonderful customer service to resolve a technical glitch. I’m very pleased with the quality products and customer service this company provides.

I purchased a Beautifect GO for my wife and the mirrors light did not work properly. I reached out to the Beautifect team and they made the experience easy. Emma was very personable and responsive. I would easily come back to purchase more given this type of experience and customer service!

I bought a beautifect box for my wife for Christmas.
When opened on Christmas day it had slight damage. I contacted the customer service dept. who responded immediately with a return slip for the damaged box. We returned the damaged box on the 27th and by the time we got home a new beautifect box had already been delivered. My wife was delighted with her new make up box and I was amazed at the service that we received.
Emma in customer service deserves a special mention. If only all companies operated in such a courteous and efficient manner.

Sometimes, things don't go as planned, but the test of customer service is how you handle those situations. Beautifect stepped up and made this situation right. Thank you for your excellent customer service
