I've had the same experience as many others here. Wish I'd read the reviews first. Ordered 2 kneeler/seats for the garden. Received the bag which is useless without the kneeler. Avoid this company!

Same as the other reviews. I bought a Flynn's Arcade Booknook. The add showed lit up 3D arcade gaming models in the diarama but the delivered product was an empty box with pictures of gaming arcade machines on the walls. Same issues with customer service, Just said that's how it is supposed to be. Then they took the product off the web page.

SCAM, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
Ordered a seat they sent me a bag and no seat, when contacted they told me it was delivered and will credited me 2 dollars if wanted

TOTAL SCAM!!! Do not order from this company. Product ordered (gardening kneeler) never arrived… only bag that attaches to it, which was a “free” gift & is useless without the kneeler! When contacted company offered $4 compensation and insisted right product had been sent . TOTAL SCAM. AVOID!!!

If I could give 0 I also would, have read the reviews, totally agree with the comments, ordered 3 items on one bill, had problems with Customs, was sent back, arrived 3 weeks later, Multifunctional kneeler never arrived only pro seat bag, next item a stained heart shaped catcher not as advertised, ugly cheap plastic not hand made Tiffany style, charged the wrong prices, never giving the discounts, what was a $73. bill turned out to be $118.00. Am disputing this with the credit card company, unfortunately due to their rules I will not be receiving a total credit....this scam of a company again wins....

I bought the Periodic Table and got a piece of plastic with stickers at the back. Customer service refused to give a refund saying that this item was what I ordered. they offered me $3 back out of the AUD $31.13 Stay away from this website!!!!

BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CON ARTISTS! They do NOT deliver what they advertise! Ordered and paid for funny golf balls.. received just plain white ordinary golf balls. Zero customer support. Automated response saying contact seller.... they are the seller! They ignored all contact attempts. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.

Calendar received absolutely nothing like the images online. This company says they have 100% satisfaction guarantee but won't honour it. Tried several times to contact customer services but just get an automated bot response and go around in circles. I have now escalated the case to Paypal. Avoid this company.

I ordered auto ratchet straps (a set) and received 1 standard strap that I can buy at the dollar store. I complained and and was shipped another strap the same as the first. not anywhere close to what was ordered. Very disappointed with the whole sale of this transaction

SCAM. I purchased a set of 4 retractable rachet straps and i received 1 only standard rachet strap. The company denies that it sent out the wrong item. I believe this company is a scam. The page disappeared after this.

I ordered retractable ratchet strap and got scammed for a cheap piece of junk not even the full strap

Ordered a pack of 2 auto ratchet straps and was eventually sent 1 small normal ratchet strap. After several emails back and forth they informed me that I was sent what I ordered. Could have 4 ratchet straps from Bunnings for the price I paid these jerks for 1.

Send wrong product and tell you have order a different product than the picture one the website, the order and the receipt. Even when I send them pictures and you clearly see that the product is not the same. They say it’s the same product (Auto Ratchet Strap). They are not willing to send the right product or give money back. It’s literally a scam. I found it advertised on facebook. Do not buy anything from this company, it a SCAM

Absolutely appalling. Do not purchase from this so called company. I purchased the auto ratchet strap and got a strap that wouldn’t serve its purpose. I could have bought 10 from my local hardware for the same price and if better quality. I actually assumed it was a joke when I opened the package.

When i ordered four auto ratchet straps for 30 dollars they billed my card 39 dollars. When i got the packet it contained only one tiny cheap strap. It was not like thoose I ordered at all. SCAM!

Scammers send out badly made products and then blame the manufacturers. There is no way of getting your money back. They will keep sending out the same email which resolves nothing. Pay by credit card or PayPal if you need to buy from them not your debit card as you will have no recourse of getting refunded

Purchased a periodic table. This was advertised as a high quality, thick, stand alone ornament with fragments of real elements contained. The product arrived (eventually) and was very low quality, thin and contained only stickers. I paid around £30 for a very low grade product that isn’t even worth £5. A total SCAM.

I was sent a used replica of the item that I purchased. VERY different from the advertised product. Run from this company. I have been trying to get a refund for over a month and they are giving me the run-around, talking about "keep the product and take a half refund". No one can use the product because it is fake and obviously not new. I have tossed it in the garbage where it belongs. Don't buy anything from them. They give you substandard products as real and don't offer a refund unless you are willing to pay to ship the product to China. Run from them. Ever wonder why they don't let customers write reviews? This is why, so that people can't tell the truth of how horrible their products and experiences are!

Haven't received my order and after reading the other reviews I doubt I will, but there again I probably don't want to given the descriptions re the quality of the Periodic Table from others who have been scammed as well. No morals and no standards....

If I could leave an even more negative score I would. Ordered calendars for Christmas at the beginning of Dec, well over a month later and still haven't received. Complete rip off! Thankfully my credit card refunded me and hopefully they get their money back from these jokers.
