Like everyone else, I too wish I had read reviews regarding the swiftopoly game. While other reviews have claimed it to be poor in quality, it's been 2 months and I've not yet received mine. Tracking first indicated it was coming from Idaho in the USA which gave me hope on its quality, but has been in Fielding since early October, and I live in Auckland. Then further tracking after I Queried with their CS team, stated it's come from China. Says it's been delivered to me but listed 4 different suburbs on the North shore. When I questioned this they advised me to contact my local Post Shop. I then rang around every post shop on the North Shore with zero success of my parcel having been delivered to them either. They also told me to check with my neighbour's who all know who lives where in our area, or with my family members, like somehow they collected it but didn't say anything? I also changed to NZD at the time of purchase, was given a price, but then when I checked my Credit card, I was charged more money than I had been provided at time of payment and charged in USD instead of NZD. What an absolute scam! Do not use them. I would also give zero stars if I could!

I wish I'd read reviews..not anything that was advertised. Redicilous that cards color don't match ..fabric ugly board abd missing properties cards. Horrible customer service

Zero stars!!! What an absolute joke. They want me to send a pic when I asked for a refund. You know the crap product you sent!!!!!! Hopefully PayPal refunds me.

Wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered the Swiftopoly board game. It arrived absolutely NOTHING like advertised - cheap plastic generic counters, a poorly printed piece of fabric instead of a board, terrible cheap cards and money.

It looks like other people have experienced the same scam!

If I could leave zero stars I would. This company is a joke. Ordered the Taylor swift monopoly game. It was a paper board with regular monopoly pieces. NOTHING like they advertised. When I wrote to complain I wanted my money back the item has been removed from their website and they are saying they never sold that product despite my screenshots from the purchase from their company. Do not order from this company. It’s horrible. Such a scam.

I would give 0 if possible. DO NOT PURCHASE IT'S A Scam!!!!

I ordered a beautiful Taylor Swift monopoly set. It was shown with beautiful pieces for the players and not the usual red and green houses.

What arrived was a cheap version that looks nothing like the description or picture. It was a piece of cloth as the board, plastic cheap red and green houses The cards are on paper and it is shocking!!!

I have started a dispute with PayPal who I paid through so hopefully I will receive a refund.

Please do not buy from this company

I bought Periodic Table of REAL Elements by app 22€. It was not REAl elements, only pictures.

You get the same from Temu by 2€.

Please don’t waiste your money with this company.

Don’t purchase from this crowd. Total spam. Goods never arrived, despite getting poorly written “shipping updates”.

Ordered product. What arrived was embarrassingly NO where near the quality advertised. Complained for 3 months...received $6 'compensation' for a $55 product. So NO refund or returns available despite advertising. (They refuse to give a return address!) I asked why I was being compensated if they said my product was correct and true. What was I being compensated for....more crap was given. I played for long enough and gave up. Tried to contact China authorities...no one cares.

As with the other reviewers....this company is a TOTAL SCAM based in China (which is not evident from the website). I ordered some earrings....they arrived with one broken...I contacted the company and asked for a refund and they offered me a quarter of the cost.......

I also ordered 2 Garden Kneelers/seat and only received 2 bags they keep saying they have sent the correct order and refuse to refund my money. I will be escalating the case to paypal. this company is a 100% scam.

Flynns arcade booknook. The item on the website looked great, but unfortunately the item I received was laughably bad. The item should have been a box with intricate miniature arcade machines & LED lights, but I basically received several pieces of wood with a picture of the advertised product printed onto them! I subsequently found out that the photos and video used on the site were taken from Etsy, where someone was selling the actual legitimate booknooks. I have raised a dispute through PayPal and will hopefully get my money refunded.
UPDATE
Paypal decided in my favour and refunded the whole amount. Lesson learned and I will be very careful when buying from Facebook adverts in the future, ensuring I check Trustpilot ratings first.

Ordered the Flynns Book nook from this company on Facebook. Arrived nothing like their images show but instead it was a cheap and nasty plyboard knock off with very amateur images painted on. When I asked them and showed them both images they said they sent the correct item. Stay away from this company because they are liars and thieves who only look after themselves

BEWARE: SCAMMER!

I too fell for it; they advertise with the Flynn's arcade booknook, which shows a box that lights up and having various 3D modeled arcade cabinets and several internal lights. But what they send out is a cheaply made box with in the inside flat 2D images of arcade cabinets glued to the wall. And one cheap led on top. It's a scam, trying to get my money back from paypal but seller refuses to refund in full and tried to push me off by offering only $8 instead of the $54 I paid for this garbage. PLEASE AVOID.

Edit: paypal decided in my favor; getting my money back in full. So if you ever want to try this scammer, make sure you choose a method that allows you to get your money back. The booknook they sent me can now finally hit the trashcan because it's garbage anyway.

In May 2024 I ordered 2 kneelers and once I received their package (approximately three weeks later on June 13 ) and with tracking I had only received 2 green cloth accessory holders that they call bags. I notified them immediately repeatedly and all their replies all say they sent the correct item. I have sent at least 10 responses to them and they continue to respond saying they sent the correct item. I am now appealing to PayPal in an attempt to have my money refunded. I read so many other reviews on this site describing the exact same purchase of kneelers and receiving useless junk in the mail. They claim their tracking number and warehouse verify that I received the correct item. Obviously this company is a fraud with so many people saying the exact same thing. They send you an inexpensive item with tracking and use that tracking number & delivery as their proof that you received the ordered item. I’m hoping to hear from PayPal within the week or so with their decision / resolution. Never buy anything advertised on Facebook as apparently this is common scam to steal your money.

PayPal has refunded all of my money and ruled in my favour as to my complaint

SCAMMERS - I ordered the Flynn's arcade book nook which was advertised on facebook. I have bought book nooks in the past but not from these con artists. The advertisement contained photos of intricate models illuminated by leds similarrot eh anavrin models id ordered in the past, what arrived can only be described as junk and not something i would order intentionally. When will these people be stopped from false advertising?

Ordered a kneeler/seat for the garden. Received the bag which is useless without the kneeler. Plus they charged my card for added taxes above the rate posted. I tried to stop this order within a half hour after submitting the order because of the extra charge on taxes. I was told the order was already shipped from Belgium. This company is totally a rip-off. I would give them NO stars if I could!!!

Ordered a Hard Bottom Dog Car Seat Cover - took a long time to arrive and when received it was incorrect item it was a Soft Bottom Dog Car Seat Cover which is 1/2 the size - This is their reply when I asked for the correct product..."We are so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
But as our shipment department checked, the item you received is correct."
Do not purchase from this company.
